I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but was really looking forward to my appointment. I was completely and utterly blown away by the entire experience! Not only was the massage literally the best one I've ever had, but Jess is an unbelievably amazing, gentle, and kind soul. She was careful in her approach to my loss meaning she just listened and validated my pain without offering anything other than an ear and a heart of love and compassion. I needed that. We talked a little and I felt a comfortable peace with her. She is gifted and blessed with a spirit of genuine kindness. Her studio is peaceful and soothing and from beginning to end I felt special. Her massage techniques made my whole body feel relaxed and pampered and when I left I felt wonderful and pain free. The little aches and pains are gone and even this morning I still feel relaxed and refreshed. I cannot say enough good things I am truly grateful for the recommendation to visit Jess and look forward to visiting again. This is not an in and out routine massage in my opinion it is a unique experience for each individual and there is no better caretaker than Jess. Her heart is to serve you in the moment and you feel her genuine intent to love on you. She is amazing and I highly recommend you allow her to care for you too.

I personally LOVE the rustic decor. I wanted to take each piece home with me. Everyone is extremely friendly, outgoing, and really looking to help you. Jennifer took care of me in terms of acupuncture and cupping service. She was fantastic! She asked me in depth details about my health and went into in depth explanations on what she was doing, why she was doing it, and went even further to explain the "bruising" part of cupping which really isn't bruising and why it happens. She also reviewed the anatomy chart behind the door with me explaining certain areas and how they worked. Jennifer made me feel safe and calm about the entire procedure and I can't wait to come back for my future sessions. I highly recommend this place even if it's just to maintain your health and wellness and not because you have an injury you want to try and cure.

She offered me her prenatal massage services at a discount price which was was awesome. I saw her from week 24 until I gave birth. The location: I went to the Manhattan office conveniently located in the Flatiron district. The area was clean and serene. Temperatures are checked and Rebecca wore a mask during our sessions. The massage: I wish it lasted forever. As someone who was pregnant and working at a hospital in the middle of the pandemic, these massages were heaven at the end of a busy work day. Rebecca took the time at the beginning of each session to ask how I was feeling and where I was feeling tension. The massage was so good I often fell sleep something I never did during massages. I honestly never wanted it to end. Rebecca also provided tips on stretches to do to help with my tension. I am currently on maternity leave but I plan to get some postpartum massages once I am cleared by my doctor. I highly recommend her!
