I have been following Chrissy on Instagram for years and never booked a session with her because of…read morethe distance. I always thought I had to see her in person. However, I started tuning into her lives and have been mind blown ever since. I've seen her do psychic readings, tarot readings, reiki, guided meditations and healings all through a screen and she has been scarily accurate every single time. She's done so much for her community and truly cares for her people. Last night I was on her live and mentioned that I had been sick since April and have had a terrible cough and sore throat and now we're in July and doctors have been no help. I have lost my voice various times and mentioned it to her to see if she could help. She offered a free session on live and as I closed my eyes I immediately felt this huge pressure on my collarbones. She guided me through the process and lifted the weight and energy through my collarbones and up to my throat. There was a tightness that kept getting tighter on my neck and throat and I felt a little scared but I trusted her. She moved the sensation up through my crown chakra and I immediately felt the relief. It felt like she carried a ball of pressure through my body and out. I slept fine throughout the night with no cough and my throat feels better. I'm so grateful to have stumbled across her page. She's so generous, kind, and healing. I couldn't thank her enough. 10/10 recommend.

It's hard to put into words how much my experience at the Reiki Healing Center -- and especially…read morewith Sema -- has changed my life. When I began my Reiki journey, I was simply looking for a way to reconnect with myself, to manage the exhaustion and emotional weight that comes from constantly caring for others (as a nurse, a daughter, a mother, a friend). But what I found here was something so much deeper, richer, and more transformative than I ever could have imagined. Sema is one of those rare souls who radiates wisdom, compassion, and a kind of intuitive knowing that immediately makes you feel both grounded and uplifted. Her classes aren't just about techniques or energy healing -- though she teaches those beautifully -- they're about aligning with your highest self, clearing old patterns, and remembering your purpose. Every session feels like both a homecoming and an awakening. Through her teachings, I've learned to listen to my body's signals with more trust, to quiet the critical voice in my head, and to hold space for others (and myself) in a much more centered, intentional way. I've also found that Reiki has quietly seeped into all areas of my life -- how I show up at work, how I parent, how I approach relationships, even how I move through moments of frustration or anxiety. I feel more whole, more balanced, and more aligned than I have in years. If you're even a little bit curious, or if something in you is nudging you toward healing, self-discovery, or a deeper spiritual path -- trust that. This is a safe, loving, powerful place to begin or continue that journey. I'm so grateful to Sema and to the Reiki Healing Center for being such a steady light in my life.

I googled Reiki and NJ and found Sema Tihan's information for the Reiki Healing Center. It was near my work so thought it would a good starting place. I set up my entire appointment through email. I went to the appt open to whatever happened, but I was skeptical due to the fact that I did not know Sema or anything about her. After my appt, I have to say that she is the REAL deal. My experience was intense and immediate. You keep your clothes on the entire time and Sema lightly touches you. I was in a dream like state immediately and through the entire session. After my session I felt extremely relaxed. A few days after I was feeling much better over all and my mood was definitely better. I will be taking her Level 1 class to start my Reiki journey. I would HIGHLY recommend a session with Sema and encourage you to call and make an appt.
