When you find someone as truly gifted as Asha, distance simply doesn't matter. Asha came into my life at a time when I didn't realize just how much I needed what she had to offer. Through the years, she has been a constant through some of the most difficult, transformative, and meaningful chapters of my life. There have been times when I have walked into a session carrying so much and walked out feeling lighter, clearer, stronger, and somehow more like myself again. Her gift goes far beyond Reiki. Asha has an incredible intuition and a beautiful ability to see and understand things that sometimes I haven't even been able to recognize in myself. There is something very special about her presence--you feel safe, cared for, and completely accepted. I don't say this lightly: Asha has genuinely changed my life. She has helped me heal, grow, let go, and find my way back to myself more times than I can count. I am incredibly grateful that our paths crossed in 2018 and that she continues to be such an important part of my journey. Asha is truly gifted, and what she does comes from the heart. If you are fortunate enough to find your way to her, you will understand why I have followed her from Hoboken to Clifton to Princeton. She is one of those rare people you are simply grateful to have found.

Reiki was one of the modalities I wanted to use to help adjust to it, and even accelerate it. Asha has such a strong reputation in this field, so booking my first Reiki session with her was a no-brainer. First we spent some time talking, and she showed me a notepad with some messages from my guides. She wrote those messages before I had even arrived at her office. I was pleasantly surprised because those messages were very relevant for me. Then we moved to the warm and beautiful room for the Reiki session. You feel at peace as soon as you walk in. She used crystals, music, chimes, and aromatherapy. My emotional and physical reaction throughout the session felt like a breakthrough. Since our session, I feel unblocked. I've taken that energy into my new career change, and the way I think about abundance and love. Thank you Asha - I'll be back for a tune-up soon! :)

As for the massage and facility itself I enjoyed the small touches like slippers and water/tea. The aromas are really pleasant, and my massage therapist Kim was fantastic. I have been in and out of therapy for a decade, I've read almost every lauded self-help and spirituality book that exists, but it wasn't until the sessions Maria helped facilitate did I start to feel like I could actually see myself for the first time....ever! in my whole life. i feel changed. i feel like a me that finally is on her way to a life i knew i always felt could be mine but i felt soooo far away from. and didn't understand why. and didn't know how to get closer. maria helps you bridge those gaps. there was and continues to be SO MUCH about myself i didn't know. it isn't a cure all, this work is continuous and life long. but i feel like the forest has cleared a bit and i can see a path AND i'm excited to walk it and even tho i am alone, i feel for the first time, capable, unafraid, and excited. i don't know. if you're feeling called to this work and you're looking for assurance that this will mean something or make an impact...i don't know if i or anyone can really give you that but it meant a lot to me. it made a huge impact on me. i feel closest to myself than i have ever been and this work + therapy has been doing wonders for my ability to show up for myself and create a life i love and don't want to escape from.

I started to suffer from depression in 2021 and it kept on getting worse as the months went by. I've never been in that bad of a mental state in my life and I knew I needed help. I sought help from a professional therapist for a couple of months but it didn't work for me so I eventually terminated the therapy sessions. After that, around February 2022, my internal voice told me loud and clear that I should try out alternative healing, that's when I found Maria. During the integrative healing sessions with Maria, we uncovered that the childhood trauma I suffered from my mother has been negatively impacting me my entire life and is hugely contributing to the grief, anxiety, and fear that I experience on a daily basis. Knowing that, we did a lot of trauma relief work and with the help of Maria, I was eventually able to walk out of it and heal. At the end of the 10 sessions, I truly understood what it meant to be present in my body and to be in touch with my emotions --- something that I've always been avoiding subconsciously. Maria also taught me how NOT to be an energy vampire and instead find the power within myself. That was a very hard yet important lesson for me. This healing journey with Maira was not easy. It required hard work and facing some of my darkest fears. But it was extremely rewarding and effective. As cliche as it may sound, but "the only way out is through".

I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I'm really glad I made the investment in my healing session with Deborah and now understand why she has so many positive, genuine reviews (she's not compensating us or giving us discounts to write these, like some businesses do!).
