The woman who read me then proceeded to stare at me for the 30 minutes and said she could not read me and that something was blocking her. She then said if I bought the tarot cards which was an extra $70 (I was already paying $60) she would be able to read me better. I bought the tarot cards and she still gave me little to no guidance. I paid $110 in total for an absolute joke of a reading and I will not be returning.

She likes to refer to herself as "blunt," but there's a huge difference between being blunt and being downright disrespectful and rude. Here's what happened: she changed the appointment as I was already on my way there (so about 20 mins before start time). The issue I have is she never once apologized for the inconvenience nor ask if I was okay with the delay. She told me to "sit and wait," and here -it's not what you say - it's the tone in which you say it. When I said I can't wait the extra hour, she changed the conversation to say she never said an hour. Totally tried to gaslight me, then told me to "calm down," as if I were a child. Very unprofessional service. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Also, when I told her that I wouldn't write a review, I just wanted a refund, her response was to say, she didn't care about reviews.
