I can say 100% Dorothy is the REAL DEAL. When a loved one passes and you need closure she is the person to go to. She told me things I never said to anyone other than my deceased father. Dorothy was able to help my family find some items after my fathers passing that we tried for months to find. I currently work with Dorothy on wellness and healing and it's been going well, quarantine hasn't been an easy time for myself or my family but Dorothy has done everything to keep us going and growing. It's hard to put into words how much my experience at the Reiki Healing Center -- and especially…read morewith Sema -- has changed my life. When I began my Reiki journey, I was simply looking for a way to reconnect with myself, to manage the exhaustion and emotional weight that comes from constantly caring for others (as a nurse, a daughter, a mother, a friend). But what I found here was something so much deeper, richer, and more transformative than I ever could have imagined. Sema is one of those rare souls who radiates wisdom, compassion, and a kind of intuitive knowing that immediately makes you feel both grounded and uplifted. Her classes aren't just about techniques or energy healing -- though she teaches those beautifully -- they're about aligning with your highest self, clearing old patterns, and remembering your purpose. Every session feels like both a homecoming and an awakening. Through her teachings, I've learned to listen to my body's signals with more trust, to quiet the critical voice in my head, and to hold space for others (and myself) in a much more centered, intentional way. I've also found that Reiki has quietly seeped into all areas of my life -- how I show up at work, how I parent, how I approach relationships, even how I move through moments of frustration or anxiety. I feel more whole, more balanced, and more aligned than I have in years. If you're even a little bit curious, or if something in you is nudging you toward healing, self-discovery, or a deeper spiritual path -- trust that. This is a safe, loving, powerful place to begin or continue that journey. I'm so grateful to Sema and to the Reiki Healing Center for being such a steady light in my life.

I googled Reiki and NJ and found Sema Tihan's information for the Reiki Healing Center. It was near my work so thought it would a good starting place. I set up my entire appointment through email. I went to the appt open to whatever happened, but I was skeptical due to the fact that I did not know Sema or anything about her. After my appt, I have to say that she is the REAL deal. My experience was intense and immediate. You keep your clothes on the entire time and Sema lightly touches you. I was in a dream like state immediately and through the entire session. After my session I felt extremely relaxed. A few days after I was feeling much better over all and my mood was definitely better. I will be taking her Level 1 class to start my Reiki journey. I would HIGHLY recommend a session with Sema and encourage you to call and make an appt.
