I was fortunate to have done both but in particular, my Reiki Session with Sound Healing was an incredible experience. I left her store then when I came in. They offer a limited sampling of basic yoga classes and if your take the ones by the same teacher they are exactly the same, over and over with very little imagination and very little difference and no interest to extend the students abilities in yoga or proper alignment in postures. After several weeks of classes not one realignment or adjustment in posture was offered. No direction was offered whether the posture was right or wrong. Maybe after much practice the shop will improve otherwise this is not worth the money or time right now. With so many wonderful yoga studios and talented yoga instructors in the area just try another one and find the right one for you.
