Instead of giving her the hairstyle she asked for, they rushed through the appointment because it was getting late and they wanted to close. The stylist was also working on three other clients at the same time, so it never felt like he was giving her hair the attention it deserved. When she was finished, her hair looked nothing like the inspiration photo. It was honestly shocking. Even worse, her hair is now breaking and falling out from the amount of bleach that was used. Seeing her come home crying over something that should have made her feel beautiful was heartbreaking. What upset me the most was how they handled the situation afterward. She respectfully explained that she wasn't happy with the result and even asked if they could offer some kind of discount since the outcome was nothing like what she requested. They didn't seem to care at all. They offered no real solution, no apology, and still charged her the full price for a service that left her hair damaged. As someone who watched how excited she was before this appointment and how devastated she was afterward, I can't recommend this salon to anyone. A good salon should care about its clients, take responsibility when something goes wrong, and never rush through a service just because they're trying to close.
