This was my favorite place to get a pedicure. I will no longer recommend this place. I drive over 35 minutes one way to get a pedicure from Bergen County. My gel manicures do not last, they chip, break my natural nails. So I stick to pedicures only. As a business owner in the hospitality industry, it annoys me to see bad customer service, coupled with a side of racism, which I did not order, nor was on the menu. I arrive to the salon, the owner a lady of Asian decent tells me to pick a color, the place is dead and my pedicure began. I see the lady with the braided ponytail.I thought out of the others salon workers, she was the nicest. Midway into my pedicure a white lady walks in with two dogs. The lady stopped doing my pedicure midway, and tell's me, "my regular customer" is here. And she walks away from doing my pedicure. I am at a total loss, because she's doing my pedicure, and there were two other salon employees available to do this lady's pedicure. Mind you, I have been coming to this same lady for a couple of years. I would assume regular patronage for two years does make me a regular patron, and I tip extremely well. I am quiet, polite, and a excellent customer. The other lady that is rude which is her sister, that does not do good pedicures, comes to take over. The sister had an attitude, and was hustling me with trying to sell me a massage, and other things. I was in the process of my pedicure, so offering other things were irrelevant. When I decline the up sell. The sister gets angry, starts speaking in Spanish. Mind you, I speak Spanish, and I spoke right back to her in Spanish. Now I am annoyed, so the customer told the original lady to go back to doing my pedicure. At this point, I was not interested in the pedicure, period! I should have put on my shoes, and left because that was unacceptable behavior. The owner was there in the midst, and did not say a word. Silence in my opinion is being in agreement with this unacceptable behavior in your place of business. The white lady proceeds to say, I am late for my appointment, so she can go back to doing "your nails". Instead of the Owner of the salon; rectifying the issue that I never expected to be put in the middle of, the owner goes outside. At this point, I feel like I must have walked back into the 1950's. I could not believe this was happening. Now I am pissed, and my facial expression shows that. So I keep my calm, poise, and composure, and just let this nightmare pedicure continue. Meanwhile the water my feet is soaking in, is cold. The original lady comes back to do my pedicure, and I am so turned off with the entire experience, I just wanted to leave. But I remain professional. Whoever angers you, controls you, and I was not entertaining that energy. A religious Arab lady walks in, in a full hijab, she asks for an appointment. They were rude with her as well, so she walks out the door. The owner comes from outside, and runs to this lady's car to beg her to come back inside for a pedicure. If they treated all ethnicities in a proper manner, than they would not have to chase customers of other ethnicities for their business. Now I understand why the pedicures are $13. I would prefer to pay more, and be treated with dignity. Than to pay less, and be treated as an option, or second class to another ethnic group. Instead of getting mad, I will just share my disgust, and cancel my tip. I always tip $10 or more dollars on top of the pedicure price. I will no longer compensate bad business practices.

Ran into this nail salon looking for another I gave up and just walked in. I was taken immediately. Price was fair 25 for gel manicure. And found a color I wanted. I'm happy

There is a Monday to Thursday special. Mani+Pedi= $20 Gel Mani= $25 I actually like this place. Asian lady I think she's the owner does good gel manicures. Hated the lady who did my pedicure! Rough and rushed me. It was busy I guess that's why but the Asian lady came just to finish me off and she fixed my feet. At the end when I was just trying to give her tip she asked to split for the pedicure, you could tell she is Fair. It's because of her that I'm giving this place 4 stars because if I would rate the pedicure it would be 0 stars!

Not even 24 hours later and my nails look like trash.

Worst nail salon I've been to in Wayne. First of all, the place looks like a mess. The manicure tables and drying stations look like they were bought from nail salons going out of business because they are old, dated, and unmatching. Overall, the environment sucks. They have a good selection of colors with lots of neutral colors. I chose a navy blue matte for my many and a mauvey color for my pedicure. I thought it was cool that they had the matte polishes from essie, but they don't even know how to use them because they put all this clear top coat on and it looks terrible now. On top of this, the overall services sucked. They cut my cuticles on my fingers so much that my fingers are sore and there are random peices of skin sticking out all around my nails. They barely put any lotion on my hands and what little lotion they did use made my skin tough and sticky. The woman who did my pedicure was so rude and yelled at me three times. She wouldn't even let me put my feet in the tub. Overall, the pedicure was just her cutting my nails too short, quickly dunking my feet in the water, painting my nails as fast as she could, and forcing me to stay under the dryer for an hour (she yelled at me when I tried to leave after drying my nails for 25 minutes). She didn't even scrub my feet. I've honestly learned my lesson with these people. You really do get what you pay for. For 20 bucks, I thought I was getting a good deal, but I'd rather pay 30-40 somewhere else and have a better experience. If you're a regular here, I feel bad for you- go somewhere else.

They have your safety in mind with continuous wipe down of counters, plexi glass for nail techs and 6 ft distancing for pedicure chairs. The seats are new and the massage works! This place is very clean and calm. The techs takes their time in cleaning and shaping your nails. They have a wide variety of SNS dip powder and Gel polish. This place is a hidden gem. I've been going here for 6 months, before covid and have been back 3x since they reopened last month. Nails by Natalie today.

They got 2 stars because they have good quality SNS and I like 1 tech at their Bloomfield location. The pedicure was done backwards. The woman didn't remove my nail polish immediately. She did it towards the end of the pedicure. I've never had a pedicure like this... and i asked for SQUARE nails and my right foot had rounded nails.... ok Nbd it's winter. The nails.... i got SNS tips. I'm only speaking in SNS Tips...I booked an appointment ahead of time and I was clear with what I wanted. I showed up early, and they didn't have my appointment written down properly.. While she's putting my tips on, she glued one on crooked! I addressed it immediately and she stated my nail bed was like that..... I never had this happen before... so she re-did it after having to convince her! As she's doing my nails I notice she's putting the wrong color on. I address her and she stated that she's only doing that so the color I choose pops more... (I've been getting SNS done for over a year at their Bloomfield I've never seen this before ) In the end my nails are not the color I asked for. I show the owner and she agreed with me. She had to redo everything, proceeded to blame ME for her mistake because I didn't tell her before she was done that the color was wrong.....I did tho! and I wasn't even assured it would be fixed. I had to convince the tech to redo because it's wrong! And she cut me while fixing my nails! In the end, the nails on my right hand were Noticeably longer than my left. I had to file my nails when I got home so It didn't look so crazy!! The customer is never right at this location! Overall waste of my TIME and money. Stick to what you know Don't even bother. Go to their Bloomfield location and book with Jessica if you care about your nails. (I speak for tips and designs)
