The lines on the manicure weren't straight and she messed up multiple times where the white was in the pink part. I had to ask her to redo one of the nails three times and it still came out terrible. I expressed that these nails were for an important event and that didn't change the way they kept rushing us out. Ultimately gave up and fixed whatever I could by myself at home. I addressed it immediately and she stated my nail bed was like that..... I never had this happen before... so she re-did it after having to convince her! As she's doing my nails I notice she's putting the wrong color on. I address her and she stated that she's only doing that so the color I choose pops more... (I've been getting SNS done for over a year at their Bloomfield I've never seen this before ) In the end my nails are not the color I asked for. I show the owner and she agreed with me. She had to redo everything, proceeded to blame ME for her mistake because I didn't tell her before she was done that the color was wrong.....I did tho! and I wasn't even assured it would be fixed. I had to convince the tech to redo because it's wrong! And she cut me while fixing my nails! In the end, the nails on my right hand were Noticeably longer than my left. I had to file my nails when I got home so It didn't look so crazy!! The customer is never right at this location! Overall waste of my TIME and money. Stick to what you know Don't even bother. One for the manicure/pedicure and another for hair and reception area. The nail side has dim lighting and makes for a more relaxed spa-like feel. Jen, the owner, provided my service. She was so sweet and made sure everything was good for me. It was my first time trying the antigravity pedicure service and let me tell you, it's worth it. You get to be all laid back, bundled up and have an eye mask and headphones on while she is painting your toe nails. I think I ended up nodding off for a bit. It was nice to be unplugged and chilled out for even just a little bit. I would definitely suggest Jen's studio and the antigravity pedicure to anyone looking to have a different pedicure experience.
