I had the best pedicure of my entire life today at Gallery Nail and Spa. I called to see if they had any appointments available for a pedicure and a gel manicure and was told that they had an opening if I could get there right away. I arrived and Kate settled me into the pedicure chair and what followed was absolute bliss. I chose to upgrade to the Green Tea Spa Pedicure, which featured a pretty extensive leg and foot massage. Kate is absolute magic, she was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, and paid special attention to all of the pressure points in my feet. She took her time, made sure everything was the right temperature and pressure, and that my toenails were perfectly prepped. Suzi handled my manicure and also did an absolutely phenomenal job. She took her time in filing my nails to the right shape, making sure to ask me as she went if they were correct. She prepped my nails and cuticles very meticulously, and kept an eye out for anything she missed the first time around while she was polishing. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she gave one hell of a shoulder rub while my nails were curing for the last time. Overall, Gallery Nail and Spa is incredibly relaxing. It's a very cozy atmosphere, not too crowded. They play gentle piano music and it's a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. There wasn't a lot of small talk or chatter, which I absolutely loved because it gave me the chance to close my eyes during the pedicure and have an hour to just be quiet and enjoy being pampered. Despite the overall quiet, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming and made me feel like a regular even though it was my first visit. This is my second time coming to gallery first time. The gel manicure lasted much longer than those I've had elsewhere the first time i came. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure this time and was not disappointed. Joon spent well over an hour on me and was absolutely wonderful. For 5 dollars more than local competitors, I had arguably the nicest gel manicure I've ever had and a great pedicure as well. Will definitely be back. read more

On my first visit here, the girl cut me on the side of my finger and then when i left I noticed she left nail polish all over my cuticles. I gave them another try, this time a walk in came in and they took care of her, meanwhile I made an appointment two weeks in advance and was left half done and waiting. Third strike came today. I made my appointment, again two weeks in advance, requesting specific person. I get there and the person I requested was there and not doing anything, yet I was given a different person and NO explanation. Thats three strikes, will be going elsewhere now. read more

I went with no appointment - which is not always possible with the more established salons - on a slow weekday afternoon, and was greeted with the typical "pick a color." The salon was clean and modern, and the pedicure, by a masked male employee, fine. (The polish chipped the next day, but I was easily able to touch it up!) Nothing special other than nice fresh, new surroundings. The area has tremendous competition with many nail salons; others may not be as pretty, but their friendliness and sincere attention to the client, as well as lower prices for services, surpass those of Gallery Nail and Spa. read more

If it weren't for the one guy with the tattoos that works there who is rude, obnoxious and does a horrible job with nails I would give this place at least 4 stars. You really need to find a replacement for him. I am not the only one who feels this way, my daughters love going here and my youngest happened to get him one time too and felt the same way. She even ended up going somewhere else recently because of the bad experience with him. Other than that Tammy and the rest of the staff are really great and if I decide to go there again I will make sure to only get service from them.
