I have been coming here for over 2 years. Olga is a wonderful stylist, compassionate about her job and her clients.

I will never forget the service I received at this salon. The hairdresser who cut my hair doesn't know how to do women's haircuts at all. I'm 80 years old, and I didn't expect any modern haircut. Now I don't go out without a hat, so my friends won't be alarmed by my appearance, and I'm waiting for the day when my hair grows out. My experiment showed that this hairdresser (a woman, unfortunately I don't know her name) should simply take hairdressing lessons so as not to disfigure people. read more

I came here on a Saturday at 2 o'clock. The lady working was all alone and never checked me in assumed I was with somebody else that walked in and then took another client before me telling me to wait another half hour because I wasn't checked in definitely do not recommend. read more

I made an appointment for July 22, 2022 @ 5:00 pm. I came before 5:00. As a was waiting a male customer came in . He admitted he was late for his appointment, when the male hairdresser ask if he had an appointment. The hairdresser told that he was going to take this client first even though he was late. I wait for 25 minutes. When the hairdresser washed and cut my hair in less than 10min.He did a very poor job. He was rushing . He told me he was two more male clients coming after me. Clear a double standard service I a female client had to wait for 25 min. it didn't matter that I was earlier to my appointment. But the male clients can not wait. read more

My hair was super uneven no time or thought was put in only the idea of miney.

My daughter was recently in your employ. I can't express enough the disgust i feel for your management. She waited a month to gain access to your training, went and passed and within 2 weeks was let go with the excuse that she should have had more experience. She passed your training with an 87. The training that you set forth as a standard. You allow your disgruntled customers write bad reviews on "good" employees without having their backs. Shame on your management for not seeing that if someone is not happy, that maybe you should provide more training and not just dispose of good honorable dedicated employees. While I wish I could recommend this establishment, your lack of good management is to blame. You want good numbers than do your job. You are fired! read more

I've had my hair cut there a number of times AND I've brought my Mom for her cut and color several times. My Mom has Alzheimer's and each time the employees treated her very well, put her at ease, and did a good job. I'd recommend this Supercuts! read more

Nope. I have gone to a few supercuts and never had a problem. All I went for was a simple trim and eyebrow wax. HORRIBLE. First off, the girl that did my hair didn't speak two words to me. My hair is completely uneven by like an inch. It's completely obvious that my ride side is so much longer and looks terrible. I then asked her if she did eyebrow waxing... if you don't know how, then say NO. As it was being done i knew she had no clue what she was doing. Some wax got stuck in the middle of my eyebrown and she kept rubbing it so hard a bald spot is now there. Also she made the left one uneven. I was in such disbelief when i was done i didn't know what to say! Then she practically ran away from me when she was done and didn't look me in the eye. She knew she messed up and refused to admit it. Never going back there and sucks for all supercuts cause i'm not going to another location ever again. read more

I took my 2 grandsons for a haircut today There was only 1 girl there and she was eating or something in the back. She stuck her head out and it took a bit of time to come out My older grandson sat first and I specifically said do NOT cut it too short but needless to say she keep shaving his head and cutting the entire time I told her not to We actually got into an argument and I told her I was the customer and she should cut his hair how I requested and not how she wanted to She was the most rude person I have ever encountered! Only one woman was working, and was very rude to us when we came in. Completely ignored us and took two clients when we asked to make appointments. We patiently waited for her to finish her first client, then asked about making an appointment when she was done, and we were completely ignored without even a "hold on a minute" as she took her next client with an arrogant smile. I am not in the habit of writing reviews. I did take the survey today that led me here, and I am glad that I did. I read previous reviews and I have to say that My experiences have been completely opposite!!! I have been getting my haircut at Supercuts for a while and have had several sylists cut my hair. I have received great haircuts each time I have visited Supercuts. Today I not only got a great haircut, but customer service experience was one that will keep me coming back. When the Stylist both listens to what you want and suggests things that might enhance the result that you are seeking, it doesnt get any better. Im going back! Merry Christmas read more

I have never gotten a decent haircut from this Super Cuts... In fact , twice I had to go to Super Cuts on Rt 23 in Wayne, to have them fix the mess that the Pompton Lakes Super Cuts gave me! My husband has always been fine with them... Well, now they screwed up his hair too ( of course our high school reunion is this week too!). Just awful! read more

This was my first time at a Supercuts. So I was shocked. The woman who cut my hair made it clear she was leaving at 6pm when closing time is 7pm leaving one other employee there doing a highlight job. So I went in to get 3 inches cut...a "super cut" if you will... the woman then proceeds to spray my hair with a water bottle? She only gave me a trim at which point I was glad since she was rushing to leave and complained about how bad my hair was color damaged in the process. UUM, perhaps if service was better I would've had my hair colored. Anyways, not my cup of tea.. probably good for kids. read more
