The woman who answered said it was because of my history of cancelling my appointments, upon telling her the circumstances of why I had to cancel my previous appointments, she was rude, demeaning and chose to berate me on rescheduling and then cancelling and thought I would cancel again so didn't want to take my appointment. She didn't want to even give me a chance. I honestly felt sad that I was treated this way, I was sad for all moms and I was sad that a primarily women focused business would choose to treat prospective customers like this. They could have called me to ask if I would make it, they could have followed their own policy and if I did cancel again, charge me. But instead they chose to berate me for taking care of my child over running to my nail appointment.
