Not quality. Mid vibes, no convos. Did not live up to expectations. Rather tell me you can't then just do whatever.

So to start off, this business does not do full sets/ fill-ins. Apparently their only skill is regular mani/pedis or gel. They don't even do SNS!! How are you supposed to stay a competitive nail business when you don't have 90% of what women ask for in their nails?! I told the lady, it's fine, I can just soak off the acrylic and do gel if that's what they want to do. The first woman looks at her watch as if I'm an inconvenience. "It's almost 6 PM and we close at 6:30. I would do it, but I have to see my friend tonight." PAUSE . what? I don't understand how you refuse a customer. In New York, nail salons take customers 10-20 minutes before closing because they consider that income for the business! I've come here before to do gel and had no problems. Some of the Hispanic ladies that work here are very personable. Today, however is the day I decided to discontinue giving this establishment my business. Highly disappointed. Will be letting my friends & family know about this experience. read more

Such great place! They saved me after a horrible pedicure and experience at happy nails in woodland park. The owner is the sweetest, did an amazing job, fixed all of the mistakes the other salon made. She squeezed me in and I am grateful. I'll never go to another nail salon again! Update: The Place is under new management and it is not good! I will find a new nail salon to go to!! I felt like they didn't know what to do, my mani didn't last more than 4-5 days! So disappointed! read more

Horrible staff No manners Extremely unprofessional I wish I didn't waste my energy visiting this horrible place with such low standard staff. If anything, they have to be taught to behave. I wish I had time enough to give them a lesson on how to talk with clients. I would recommend this place to he shut down. I am so disappointed with that particular staff member's attitude; it was waste of her precious time when I asked to select the nail color again. This place is very clean. They have a great selection of polish a gel colors as well as regular polish. Silvia gives the BEST PEDICURES! I only gave it one star; because their customer service is horrible. Joyce the owner treats the groupon customers like second class. I had a manicure and she was literally done in 10 mins. They lost my business and I also called groupon to complain. This place won't last. Been here twice and both times there were no patrons in the place and the phone doesn't ring for appts. They're pretty good but their prices are a bit high.. They have an early bird deal, mon-wed until 1pm. I try to make it around those days because I honestly can not afford to drop $55+ tips on my nails, several times a month. But deff a nice place. read more

Went for the first time bc of the "new owners special received in the mail". They were very clean inside and took me right away on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure however I can't say I was 100% happy with the pedicure. I asked her to cut my toenails however after she was finished I felt like they were a bit uneven in length. My polish was also a little sloppy looking. I love a sharp red pedicure but I don't think I received that. Worst part while I was drying my toe hit the table and smudged. She was clearly annoyed when I asked her if she could fix it. That just really upset me as I'm still inside the salon while something happened. Not to sure if I will go back. read more

I do like this place, I stopped going because I think they started to overcharge me when they realized I was a repeat customer. Not cool. I will say they are super clean and organized which is not common. Plus they have the tv on mute and play classical music which is what I look for. Not a fan of blasting Family Feud in the nail salon. Lol. I think I will go back. They are consistently good. read more

Love this nail salon. The pedicures are a bit pricey ($25). But absolutely worth the splurge. The staff are friendly and do a wonderful job!

Gel nails and spa pedicure was excellent! Really enjoyed the massage chair (tip: if you like it strong, remove the cushion... if sensitive, ask for a cushion) and classical music while being pampered. 1 week later, not a chip, still perfect and lots of compliments. Will take my daughters to Young Star Nails. New owners have completely revamped the place with a bright, clean & fresh look. Really, really recommend this place. read more

This place is nice. They have a special going on that is awesome. But they tell u to come back after 2 so they can charge u full price. That is pushing customers away. Also the lady chase me outside cause I didn't give her a tip. Let me tell u why. She seats there n talks n texting on her phone half the time she doing ur nail n then she has the nerve to rush u n talk nasty to u. I have always been generous giving a tip. But not when u doing a half ass job. Learn to treat ur customers nicer n stay off ur phone. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon since before they changed management. They are always very clean and polite and Silvia really does give the best pedicures in the world! I've tried other salons since I moved a little further away, but I always end up coming back here since they do such an amazing job. They are relatively inexpensive compared to other salons I've been to. I always get gel manicures which are $30 and if it's french its $37. Other places have charged me $45 and my nails were a mess! There may be times where it gets super busy, but they are pretty good about getting you in quickly. I've never felt rushed while here, but then again I never really go on a weekend, but instead a weeknight and it's very calm and relaxing with the great music they play. Very zen-like. They're also pretty good at designs, if you show them what you want they're pretty good and making some pretty things with nails. Did i mention Silvia gives the best pedicures! read more
