I am highly impressed by this nail salon. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. A lot of great pedicure selections, some of them include steam on the legs (collagen pedicure) and every tool is thrown out and is single use. It is peaceful and relaxing inside, and they have an amazing selection of colors. Krystal is my nail tech there and she is fantastic I highly recommend. For my second visit, it was subpar. Usually they give refreshments, they did not. Seemed like everybody wanted to go home and not do their job efficiently and properly. Krystal will rush your work when you book a later time after the afternoon, specifically the massage process. Wouldn't recommend Krystal, and I would expect the service to be the best everytime I visit. Very disappointing, will update when are improvements. read more

Disappointing experience here! Erica who did my pedicure was lovely. Incredibly sweet and did an amazing pedicure. However, when it was time for my manicure, the tech was rude; kept implying the design I wanted was "sooooooo expensive", "can you afford?" And then copped an attitude while applying almond shaped tips after I asked for a straight square.. all I wanted was to look pretty for my birthday and I left in tears. I won't be back! read more

I've been to this place twice for gel manicure and reg pedicures. First off the place is real nice and clean. The pedicure area is beautiful. Both times they were easy to get last min appts in. That being said the reg pedicures are just average and haven't been impressed both times I've gone. First time around Johnathan did my gel manicure and honestly did a phenomenal job. I say what I wanted and he delivered and was helpful. Nails lasted 4 weeks and would've kept going strong but they got too long So I decided to go in a 2nd time and unfortunately was very disappointed with my nails. It wasn't a clean job I wanted basic builder gel manicure and although nails are ok I feel it wasn't cleaned up around the nails well enough. Also the girl seemed frustrated when I was 2nd guessing the shape in the beginning, but I just wanted to make sure I liked it. seemed so annoyed that I decided to just say I liked them. Felt it was all rushed. Overall I think Johnathan set the bar high that I wasn't impressed at all this time around. read more

I go to this nail salon for specialty gels such as cat eye and chrome. They have a base price so there is no confusion or extra add ons when checking out. Recently I needed 2 nails that chipped fixed and they were beyond accommodating and had a positive attitude throughout the process. The vibe inside is neat clean and organized. read more

My appt was pushed back 15 mins after I was already on my way. Not a big deal. Then when I got there I waited another 15 mins in the chair while Katie worked on someone else. I chose regular pedicure with extra callous removal. My entire session was less than 20 mins! Katie had a miserable demeanor and did the absolute minimum work on callouses. As she would finish using plastic cups and scrubs she would throw them in the water my feet were in like a cesspool! I still had grit on my legs when I left. No lotion at the end. No massage. I wish I could have enjoyed my experience here.. the salon itself is beautiful I was looking forward to having my nails done here. Firstly, I have been getting my nails done for many years - this was the worst experience I've had. My nails were chunky, thick and bumpy - the acrylic was not spread evenly. To add insult to injury (literally) she cut my cuticle and made me bleed and did not offer any first aid. When I spoke to the owner to have them redone, she offered me a 15$ credit. I went back and got them re done and STILL it was not up to par. I will not be going back again. read more

For Christmas, my boyfriend gifted me a $200 gift card to this nail salon after reading great reviews and visiting in person. It looked lovely inside, so I was excited to try it. I scheduled an 11:15am appointment for a gel manicure with cat-eye polish. Running late, I called, and they kindly moved my appointment to 11:30am. I arrived at 11:26am, checked in, and waited. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. I was wasn't seated until 11:55am because they were running a bit late. The woman that greeted me upon arrival started prepping my nails but handed off the job to a man (the tech?). He was thorough at first, filing off the top coat and wrapping my nails with acetone, but the acetone wasn't left on long enough. He ended up drilling off most of the gel, then began pushing my cuticles without any prep (no soak or cuticle remover), which was quite painful. He then used a dull, unclean cuticle clipper before switching to sterilized tools. My cuticles were left jagged and uneven, with old gel polish still visible. My hands were dusty, and no attempt was made to properly clean or prep my nails before starting with the new polish. At this point, I stopped the service and asked to leave. I paid $15 using the gift card and left feeling disappointed. No effort was made to remedy the situation, such as offering a different tech or involving the manager, who later turned out to be the woman who greeted me. When my boyfriend went back to request a refund for the unused gift card, she declined but offered to fix the manicure, which I declined due to how much time I had already spent there. I'll have to use the remaining balance on my gift card eventually, but I'll be requesting a different tech. For now, 1 star. I'll update this review if the next visit is better. read more

I visited this place for the first time and I'm so happy with my nails. The place looks so beautiful and calming. The staff is friendly and they have a quick check in process. I was happy to get a consultation for my nail service. I walked in with a gel x nails and wanted to remove them and get a gel overlay on my natural nail. They recommend BIA gel. Vivian was so sweet and accommodating and offered a drink and I asked for water, this was something I never experienced before and it was truly welcoming. My nail technician was Cindy and she was so sweet and educated me on each step. She did did a French design at the end and my nails looked so pretty. It boosted my confidence a lot. The pricing is very reasonable compared to nearby salons and the quality and care was phenomenal. I also liked that you have the option to tip using the credit card which is convenient in case you don't have cash. I can't wait to come back for my next appointment! read more
