I expressed that these nails were for an important event and that didn't change the way they kept rushing us out. Ultimately gave up and fixed whatever I could by myself at home. Nails also came off 48 hours later.

Anytime I would ask her to be more gentle (she was literally causing me cuts to my cuticles while roughing up my hands), she would IGNORE me. On top of that, she explained to me the point time she did deign to speak to me that LED lights don't damage your hands. I wanted to let her know that both LED and UV emit harmful rays, but I honestly did not want to engage with her any further because she was so rude, it made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately the day before my appointment, my daughter was diagnosed with RSV. I called the salon as soon as I found out to reschedule my appointment for two days later, I really wanted to try the salon and was hoping she would be a little better or I would have childcare for the time of the appointment. Unfortunately, the next afternoon my daughter still required nebulizer treatment so I ultimately needed to cancel. I cancelled the day before my appointment. Since November, I haven't gotten my nails done. I have another wedding coming up so I thought now was my chance to try the salon. I called about two weeks prior to when I wanted to go and made an appointment. About 30 minutes later, I received an email that my appointment had been cancelled. I called the salon to find out why since I hadn't been called or told why. The woman who answered said it was because of my history of cancelling my appointments, upon telling her the circumstances of why I had to cancel my previous appointments, she was rude, demeaning and chose to berate me on rescheduling and then cancelling and thought I would cancel again so didn't want to take my appointment. She didn't want to even give me a chance. I honestly felt sad that I was treated this way, I was sad for all moms and I was sad that a primarily women focused business would choose to treat prospective customers like this. They could have called me to ask if I would make it, they could have followed their own policy and if I did cancel again, charge me. But instead they chose to berate me for taking care of my child over running to my nail appointment. Very disappointing customer service and I hope no one else gets treated this way from any business.
