I would give this place zero stars if I could. My girlfriend was ONLY 3 minutes late (her appointment was @11a 06/15/21), and she even called an hour before her appointment that she might be 10-15 minutes late. The lady that greeted my girlfriend was nice; however, the lady at the first station to the right as soon as you walk in was rude and had no regard for customers. She kept rushing her job and got glue all over her hands; she even was rough in her nails and didn't even consider that she was hurting her. Not to mention she kept talking under her breath, most likely bad-mouthing her. The manager needs to reassess his/her staff because some don't feel like they want to be here. I understand that you have to be friendly to the staff and vice versa, there is a breaking point, and the lady had accomplished just that. If you decide to go here, I wouldn't recommend going to the staff member who has really short hair, similar to what Halle Berry had at one point (short on the sides and like an updo) Although from looking at the other reviews and seeing no response from the establishment pretty much sums up what type of business this is. When looking at the reviews, don't disregard those of us who rated it low. I'd be wary of those who rate it 4& higher, especially with such a low ratio of feedback. Also, the pandemic is no excuse to be rude to customers; that's how you lose clientele. However, it seems to me that this establishment needs a major rework on proper etiquette. read more

This is not my regular nail salon, but I'll go to Oasis once or twice per year if I'm in the area or have a gift certificate. The staff is kind, friendly, and very accommodating. The salon is clean and they use good quality products. Prices are great for this area, and I would even say you get a lot for your money here. There is a nice selection of polishes, too. I was back again today, and for mid-morning during the work week I thought the salon was pretty busy. Update 2019 : still love this salon is so relaxing especially on a mom or tues. They use the plastic tub liners and have an amazing selection of gel polish & classic also have sns dip colors. I have a gift card for a massage but they were kind enough to let me opt for a different service and they will give me the left over $ amount on another card. Always friendly here never pushy and they correctly do each service. Very happy. ** callus remover is now $10* I have been going to here for a few Months now and love it! I'm in the industry and can honestly say the ladies do a great job! I always get the callus remover and it's only 7 extra vs most salons that charge 10. When I went this past weekend since it's so cold out me and my mom were giving super cute pedi socks to wear while polishing ... nice touch! read more

I went in to get an acrylic removal. They took me right away as it wasn't busy. everything was going okay at first, she starts to file my nails down and started to soak them in the remover. She would file them down every 3 minutes or so (to speed up the process) instead of just letting them soak. It got to the point where she was ripping it off of my nail. I've had acrylics removed plenty of times and I never had them ripped off like this. I thought my real nail was going to rip off too. I get to the register and she way overcharged me! I didn't end up saying anything because I was extremely tired and I just wanted to get out of there. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I came here based off of the reviews and was not disappointed. Super clean and inviting! The entire staff seems like they thoroughly enjoy their jobs and take the time out to deliver stellar service to each individual customer. I also was very impressed with the zero wait time for walk ins. Prices are competitive as compared to other salons. Definitely affordable! This is in Franklin Lakes and was only a 5min Drive which was very convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is extremely important for me and this was the cleanest salon I've been to in NJ. Everything was top of the line, new, and organized. I have gone here for pedis several times now. I have to say that this is the best around. The ladies are friendly and accommodating and do great work. This place is super clean with plastic tub liners, fresh and sanitized utensils, and the callous pad is replaced for every client. The foot and leg massage is fantastic. They don't skimp at all like some other places. I like the addition of the fresh lemon and the hot stone, all included with a regular pedi. They also give a relaxing neck and shoulder massage while your nails are drying. Again, no skimping. Prices are on par with other local salons. If you want to feel pampered and relaxed, definitely come to a Oasis Nails. They will take very good care of you. There has also never been a problem with just walking in without an appointment. Finally the search for the best nail salon ever is over. I've been trying to find a good local nail salon to go to forever. The first thing I noticed when I got to Oasis Nail Salon is how friendly and clean it was. For me a nail salon better be sanitary! Then comes the service ofcourse. I expected to get a regular pedicure, but was surprised by all the extras that they provided. For example the foot massage is unreal. It was so relaxing and soothing. They rub real aloe vera all over your foot. But the best part is when they massage you with hot stones. Most of all the service was not rushed. They want you to feel like you are their best customer. And the attention to detail was superb!! My nails looked perfect. No streaks, no mess ups and most of all no regrets!!! This is now my go to nail place for sure! read more

Walked in for a pedicure and was taken right away. The price is fair and they did a beautiful job! The place is very soothing and comfortable with relaxing music playing. I almost fell asleep between the cozy chair, relaxing music and foot/leg massage during my pedicure. Well worth every penny! This was my first visit to Oasis and it was great! I came in Saturday at around 3:30-4pm and the place wasn't too busy which was great because they took me right away - no wait time. I didn't catch the names of the ladies that took care of me but everyone was really nice and accommodating. One of the ladies came by while I was getting my manicure done and began to massage but had another customer come in - the woman that did my pedicure picked up where she left off and gave a great massage. Regular pedicure and gel manicure came out to $55 which is fairly normal (color gel mani was $30 and regular pedi was $25) - I will certainly be returning here! read more

The worst experience of getting my nails done ever in my whole entire life. I get my nails done all the time in Hackensack and I never have a problem. I figured I live in franklin lakes why not get them done in my own town. I would've hoped for a better experience the girl clipped my finger multiple times. Then the shape of nails was beyond a wreck then my polish looked like I allowed my 8 yr old niece to do it. Such sloppy work I'm very disappointed. I will not be going back there. On top of it I'm so unhappy with the work they did I will have to go get them redone somewhere else tomorrow because I'm so unhappy I can't even look at my nails. read more

My best friend is getting married and decided to take to oasis nails. A few of the brides maids and mother of the bride came for gel manicures and pedicures. My pedicure was very rushed and sloppy. Barely used anything on my nails and skin to make it a nice experience. Finally my nails took longer then expected . I was having a gel fill. They are not only uneven but the paint is on my skin! The corners are sharp and it's clearly uneven and not done property . The brides toenails were uneven in color as are my nails. The staff was nice , but when it came to the price I felt the gel fill was very expensive. ( 65$ not even a full set ) pedicure was 30$. 85$ without tip for a sloppy job is not worth it what so ever ! read more
