She does an amazing job. She's very reliable and I have no issue with her service whatsoever. I actually think she's amazing. My issue is with once again another new owner and this one is already on my bad side. The previous owner appreciated her customers. She never made you feel like you were being rushed never interrupted someone while I were doing your nails to go do something else for a walk-in she respected that you made an appointment. She decided to sell the salon and the service end of it has gone downhill very quickly. This place cost more than other places in town and I go there because I love my manicurist. But this new owner does not respect anyone's time. She'll tell you to show up at 9 AM and the place doesn't open till 930. She's done that more than once to me already. She also expects people to stop in the middle of their manicures or pedicures to have the girls do waxing for walk-ins And today took the cake. I specifically made an appointment for 10 AM because I needed that time and of course they messed up my girls book and called me to move my appointment. Apparently two other people were affected as well. They rushed the girls who were just trying to do a good job for their customers especially a loyal ones. I do not like when my service is interrupted so that someone else who didn't make an appointment can just walk in and get their stuff done honestly it's a huge pet peeve. I don't wanna leave my girl because like I said she is amazing but if this service keeps up like this, I'm done and I'm gonna go somewhere else. The people in my town are not gonna deal with this type of service. We pay more money for a reason. I hope they get their act together.

My daughter got a mani pedi and I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My daughter chose multiple colors because she wanted a pattern. The technician giggled and thought it was cute, never mentioning anything about an up charge. During my pedicure, my technician was texting on her Apple Watch the whole time. During my manicure while I put my nails under the UV light between coats, she took the cuticle cutter and just started pulling off her own gel nails! During my manicure. Imagine! I'm not very confrontational and honestly was just taken back so I didn't mention anything in the moment. When I went to pay, the owner told me a ridiculous total. I was looking right at the price list and just couldn't figure out the numbers. When I approached her about it, she said it was a $20 up charge for my daughter's multi colored nails. $20 extra! I said no one mentioned that to me - if I had known, I would have had her choose one color. Her response was "my clients know what I up charge for." So I responded, "This is my first time here and no one said anything." She replied, "Well how would I know you've never been here before." I had left there paying $60 for a 6 year olds manicure and pedicure. A manicure that didn't require a cut or cuticle removal or anything and the lady didn't even bring her to a table, but left her in the pedicure chair while she painted her nails. I was going to just bite my tongue and not leave a poor review, but what's even worse is after all that my daughter's nails and toes were completely chipped by Sunday and here I am a few days later with a GEL manicure and it's chipping too! I called to ask if I needed to make an appointment and it was early so she said I could come in…read morenow. Got in and right away the took me for a pedicure. It was well done and I was pleased. The manicure was also well done and looked great. I only got a regular Mai/pedi so I'm not sure how the other styles are done. I was a little surprised by the cost which I thought would be cheaper than Queens, but they are not. Either way, the visit went well and I was pleased. It was before 10am and the place was packed.

So next time you tell a story why don't you try getting all the details down accurately. Those that do agree with you are agreeing on false pretenses. That nice young lady walks around the shop and offers everybody her food, and does nothing but smile and brighten it up. Will probably look for a different nail place. It's nothing bad- just very meh. Nails aren't all filed the same size, massage chair was broken, the techs ignored you, didn't say anything other than sit/stand/done. So just a bunch of little things that overall were displeasing. But the place was clean and the nails turned out okay.
