Ive been going to Lashful habitually as Ive purchased a package and also paid individually for 2-3 week applications. Lashful has an internal issue with their staff retention. When you find a talented technician, they dont stay long. Im a person of habit and enjoy sticking to one technician whether its eyelashes, massages or nails.. but ive constantly been tossed around between many new and inexperienced technicians at this establishment. I was originally loyal because I met Jamie (she was great) but she sadly left within a few weeks. I've been told that "all the technicians are experienced" but thats NOT the case. Ive been an avid lasher for many years and found this place because midtown was too far (since Ive been working from home). Not all the technicians here are experienced. Ive had issues with placement and lash retention. Ive had many bad experiences here after Jamie. Ive had a technician pull my natural eyelash out "by accident". Ive also had a technician blurt things out like "aish, molla" which translates to "whatever, i dont know" in midst of application. I understand korean and these comments didnt give me a good sense of comfort. I've had my lashes fall out within 2 days of application. I've been double booked and had to wait an hour to see a technician. Theres usually two technicians there simultaneously and ive had a technician yell at me and say "fine, i didnt double book you, my manager did, so if you dont want to see me, i can just go home." Two stars because I enjoyed visiting Jamie (who no longer works here) and Grace (she still works there). Everyone else in here is trash.

The owner of this place has no communication skills. I've been to this place three times for Lash…read morelifts. It was good the first time, the second time it was done by the owner and she gave me a tint, which I did not ask for- it's cool because she didn't charge me. On the third time, however she started acting really passive aggressive. The third time was done by another tech, I asked if the owner could communicate what I did last time to the third tech and she told me that she doesn't have the information. Their English was very limited and I didn't speak Korean, I told them I wanted a lift from the root and not from the middle of my lashes because if it's crawled from the middle, and it grows out, it grows into my eyelid. After my third session, the tech asked me to check in a mirror which is sitting on a wall with a piece of furniture in between. I was really sleepy after the session and I couldn't really see clearly I just went home. After I went home, I checked, and it was indeed curled in the middle, and it was curled into my lid, and I politely called. The owner asked me to send a text message with a problem and I did. She then responded saying that it was done by another person so I have to come in to fix. When I went in there, the third tech who did my lashes was nice and she said because I already did it a week ago she didn't want to do it again because it's going to hurt my lashes with the chemicals. I agreed. The owner however, came in really mad. She started saying that I complained for no reason and said all these things I did not say. I asked her to refer to the text messages and then she just walked away saying there is nothing wrong. There is nothing wrong, repeatedly in a very rude manner. I was stunned because I was the customer and I was just expressing what I wanted from the service, but it seems like the owner wanted nothing but to argue and be petty. I'm giving them two stars because the attack who did my third session did say she'll fix it for free, which I do appreciate. Was it the worst lash lift I've ever received? No. Was it the worst customer service I received for a feedback? Absolutely. So I think this place is great if you don't have any comments/ suggestions on their work. If you do, be prepared to be yelled at for having them.

Ashlee was working a different event and wasn't able to do my makeup, instead I had Jessica. Jessica was so lovely and personable. She chatted with me the entire time and mixed colors to find the best shade for me and my skin tone. It was amazing. Then for my big day, the store was so accommodating and they were happy to travel wherever I needed them to. It was greatly appreciated that their travel time was already worked into the price. I was only expecting Ashlee and Jessica, but we also got Nicky at no extra cost! All three of them were wonderful and worked very efficiently to make sure that each of my bridesmaids, my mother, and I were all well taken care of.
