Th procedure takes about 45 minutes. It was my first time and I told Liz that. Not once during the entire procedure did she tell me what she was doing or what I could expect. She never told me that someone else entered the room and I only realized it when she spoke to the other person. She did not say one word to me during the procedure. At the end of the procedure, she left the assistant to finish up. When I was done and left the room, I walked right past her. She did not even look my way or ask about my results. I have never had an experience as bad as this. I liked the results of the lash lift and tint but if I did it again, it would not be at Liz's. I

I visited Endurance Permanent Makeup to have my eyeliner tattooed and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. I brought clear reference photos of what I wanted, yet the final result was far from what I expected. The lines were uneven, not straight, and didn't match on either side -- something you absolutely don't want when it comes to your face. Liz, the technician and owner, spent a lot of time talking about herself and her family, which was distracting and unprofessional during a service that requires precision and attention to detail. It became very clear that despite her claims of being an expert, her work did not reflect that level of skill. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering permanent makeup or any other service Liz provides, to look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did. Her work is horrible. Worst experience of my life!
