I called them and requested a bootyhole wax. The lady on the phone didnt give me the time of day, and was rushing me and yelling at me to come in. I requested my bootyhole numbing cream, and the lady didnt even respond and said that she didnt understand me. My bootyhole is sore after what happened because I didnt get my cream. I went here more than once to have my eyebrows done. When I've gone and had one of the women do it she did a great job. The problem I have is when I had the owner do it it was done terribly. She over plucked my eyebrows leaving a patch, then had the audacity to say that it was my eyebrows that was the problem. I've had threading done before other places and never had a issue. Even the other woman that did it that I guess is her employee, she did a better job. I was so excited when this place opened up because I thought it was a place close by that I could go to. But now I resorted back to a location in the Bronx and location in Rockland County. This is not the place to go if you want to have consistently well done eyebrows. read more

Found this place by accident after picking up lunch to go with the kiddo. I did a quick search online to make sure it wasn't horrible...the 4 stars was a green light for me to try it out. They took me within minutes of walking through the door. The woman listened to my preferences and was an excellent communicator with my curious daughter as well as myself. I intended to just get my brows done, but after feeling at ease I decided to do my lip too. Then on the way out we were still talking and I ended up buying an eyebrow pencil and she proceeded to show me how to fill in at home. I had a great experience and will def be back! read more

They are always quick and do an excellent job. I have been to a few in Jefferson valley, including one at the mall, which were also decent (depending on who you got). I prefer this salon because they actually ask what you want in terms of shape, take time to listen to your needs and will make recommendations for the type of shape they can give you based on your brows. They even have a brow chart on the wall. They are more conveniently located for me as well, much closer than the others. read more

I had Micro blading done to my eyebrows. I paid $300 and was to go back in 1 month for touch up. A lot of the ink faded and really needed a touch up which I believe it's normal. But I get a call 3 days before second appointment and told that the girl that does the blading quit. So I asked so what do I do? The owner said well I guess you need to find somewhere else to go. I used to go to this salon but I stopped due to Chanda (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) ruined my eyebrows. I let my eyebrows grow out 3 weeks to a month and then I get them threaded. The last time I went to they're shop Chanda threaded my eyebrows to where they are now two complete different shapes and my eyebrows are now very skinny. prior to the service I mentioned to keep them thick and I ask her if she would like to see a photo of what I would like and she said no. As she proceeded to do my eyebrows when she was done I got a spoolie and brushed my eyebrows and thats when I realized my eyebrows were ruined. I started to cry and I asked her why she made an arch and why she went in so deep she said my eyebrows are fine and nothing is wrong. I walk over to the manager and she continued to touch my face after I told her not to and she looked at my eyebrows. I asked her why my eyebrows are so skinny and she said they'll just grow back, and then I left. Please do not go because they do not listen to instructions and they are very rude. read more

Very excellent customer service and accommodating! I was able to get lashes done without an appointment at last minute. Two very kind women were working! I was required to sign several pages of paperwork in case of injury. I found this unusual but I did sign. As I was getting my eyelashes put on by the very nice and kind lady, the glue used burned my eyes VERY VERY VERY bad during and it even burned for days after if my eyes watered. Immediately after completion, there are white droplets of dried glue on the lashes. The nice lady said the drops were salt and would go away. Also the back of the lashes stuck and felt prickly against the inside of my eyes for more than eight days. She took pictures of my eyelashes afterwards but I'm not sure why. I wanted to pay with credit card but machine was not working. I usually pay $80 but they charge $150. I was happy to get the last minute appointment . The technicians were very very kind, accommodating and friendly. But due to the drastic burning and of the pain caused by the glue, the lashes sticking the inside of my eyes, the cost being almost double and the credit card machine not working, the many pictures of my eyes and eyelashes that were taken after being done, and I was not able to clarify the length of the lashes I wanted, so the look I received was shorter than I would have preferred, I give this business one star. read more

I have not let anyone touch my brows in over a year. I swore that no one would touch them again after going to someone that was recommended to me and ending up with 2 completely different brows because she was rushing out. I recently moved to the area and went in for another service. After seeing the diligence with which Sadi was doing someone's brows, I gave her a chance to clean mine in my second visit. She immediately saw what was still wrong with them (growing the end of the right one and making them both longer in the middle). When she told me that, I knew that she would do an amazing job, and she did. She makes sure not to over-thread and she pauses to show you her work.
