I started seeing Kerry about 6-7 months ago. I went to her because my mom and sister started getting their eyebrows done. I went to her for my eyebrows and then decided to get my first facial. Every since then I have been getting facials every 6-8 weeks, waxes (eyebrows and Brazilian) and have at least 7 of her face products that include exfoliates, moisturizers, washes, masks, creams etc. Her products are all natural. Her wax does not ever make me break out, doesn't make me red or inflamed. Her skin products last a very long time, so although it may seem a little pricey it is SO worth it and it lasts so long! I have been using the same containers for about 7 months and they still don't feel empty. You only need to use a pea size amount and it does wonders. Her facials are also incredible. For so long I had tiny bumps across my forehead and down the sides of my face and I tried so many products...baking soda...honey..."natural home remedies" etc. and nothing worked. After getting facials with Kerry my skin has improved DRASTICALLY and as Kerry says - you always leave feeling "squeaky clean." I will continue to go to her and use any product that she recommends. Whenever someone needs somewhere to go for eyebrows, facials, waxes, etc I always recommend Kerry. She is honest and is so great at what she does. read more

This was my first time getting waxed in over three years! I was so nervous about how painful it would be, especially with my low tolerance to pain. I booked with the owner, Kerry and we spoke prior to my appointment and she made me feel very comfortable about the entire process and what it would be like. When I arrived the space was so calming that my nerves went away. Kerry talked me through the entire thing, which helped a lot. It was my first time using soft wax and it was definitely better for me than hard wax. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would! I feel great after and I honestly cannot wait to go back! 10/10 would recommend it to anyone looking to get waxed! read more

Absolutely love this local spa! Between the professionalism of the Kerry, the owner, her contagious optimism and always positive spirit, lovely space and wonderful treatment, you just don't have a room for anything bad! Had multiple facials, massages and wax (and I hate waxing, that tells you a lot!) and I could not say enough about this wonderful place! Highly recommended! read more

Was able to ENJOY and relax two times over the last month. Kerry, Natalie and Tara are wonderful. What a surprise to find this enchanting and peaceful location, with so many personal touches. As soon as the elevator doors opened and I stepped into the hallway, I was lead or you could say drawn into my Skinchanted experience. Everyone deserves to feel this pampered! I felt safe during this time of extra caution with the safety measures that they had in place (visible and behind the scenes such as uv lights for cleaning). Looking forward to my next treatment! read more

I can't say enough about Skinchanted! I've been seeing Natalie and Kerry for waxing and they are phenomenal. I've searched all over the area for someone who can consistently deliver a great eyebrow wax and this is it!!! Not to mention the beautiful, peaceful environment. Natalie and Kerry are both lovely to chat with and both do a wonderful job. Highly recommend! read more

Such a lovely, women owned and run business tucked into the heart of Peekskill. Comfy spa space that always smells divine, soothing music, chill vibe... and services that leave me feeling refreshed. The gals of Skinchanted are really kind. Love coming here for this sweet indulgence whenever I can. read more

Ever thought to yourself "man, i feel so good in my..face!"? Like when you feel great in your body after working out for an hour, all unified and purified? Well, Kerry will do that to you your face. She only uses the healthiest skin products and her baby soft hand work them like magic. My skin has never looked so great! Also doesn't hurt that Skinchanted is located in a beautiful reconverted church-looking building, and that most of the tasteful decoration in the "office" has been hand made by Kerry. Her positive vibes alone will make you feel like you've landed in dream land! read more

The location was clean and lady who did my wax was really nice. However, when she did my wax I realized she was not taking it from the root. After only week of the wax my hair was on my legs were visible. I payed a significant amount of money and it was disappointed that the service provided was poor. Also, they do not do hard wax only strip wax read more

Kerri always does a great job on my eyebrows, but i do not recommend going to natalie. She completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows and made them thinner than they have ever been. They look horrible i'm so upset with how they turned out. read more

Yes, I'm a dude reviewing a spa. It's 2015, get over that. My wife and I went here to treat ourselves for our anniversary. We each got an hour massage and a facial. The massage was great, as you would expect, but I was a tough sell when it came to the facial. I honestly had no idea what it even was, but was still of the "men don't get facials" mindset. I'm still not sure what the whole thing entailed, but by the end of it, I felt better than I have in months. The red blotches and dark circles under my eyes even disappeared for a few weeks afterward. Kerry's the best. read more

I recently visited Skinchanted based on a recommendation from a good friend. I am currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer and I wish I knew about Kerry's services sooner! The Caring Cancer facial and scalp massage was to die for and the lymphatic drainage massage made me feel great. Not only was Kerry knowledgeable and professional but she was such a sweetheart. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it to anyone. I will be returning ASAP! read more

I am now a regular for waxing. My very first visit I immediately knew I couldn't go anywhere else for a comfortable brizilian wax. I have been to many spas but not one as nicely decorated and clean as this one. Besides the overall appearance, the products used are top quality and also done by a true professional. Kerry is amazing at what she does and works very hard to please her customers and make them feel comfortable; as if they were always her customer. I'd recommend this spa to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great place for waxing and a great customer service experience. :) read more
