It was my first time using soft wax and it was definitely better for me than hard wax. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would! Was able to ENJOY and relax two times over the last month. Kerry, Natalie and Tara are wonderful. What a surprise to find this enchanting and peaceful location, with so many personal touches. The location was clean and lady who did my wax was really nice. However, when she did my wax I realized she was not taking it from the root. After only week of the wax my hair was on my legs were visible. I payed a significant amount of money and it was disappointed that the service provided was poor. Kerri always does a great job on my eyebrows, but i do not recommend going to natalie. She completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows and made them thinner than they have ever been. They look horrible i'm so upset with how they turned out. read more

Yes, I'm a dude reviewing a spa. It's 2015, get over that. My wife and I went here to treat ourselves for our anniversary. We each got an hour massage and a facial. The massage was great, as you would expect, but I was a tough sell when it came to the facial. I honestly had no idea what it even was, but was still of the "men don't get facials" mindset. I'm still not sure what the whole thing entailed, but by the end of it, I felt better than I have in months. I started seeing Kerry about 6-7 months ago. I went to her because my mom and sister started getting their eyebrows done. I went to her for my eyebrows and then decided to get my first facial. Every since then I have been getting facials every 6-8 weeks, waxes (eyebrows and Brazilian) and have at least 7 of her face products that include exfoliates, moisturizers, washes, masks, creams etc. Her products are all natural. Her wax does not ever make me break out, doesn't make me red or inflamed. Her skin products last a very long time, so although it may seem a little pricey it is SO worth it and it lasts so long! I have been using the same containers for about 7 months and they still don't feel empty. You only need to use a pea size amount and it does wonders. Her facials are also incredible. For so long I had tiny bumps across my forehead and down the sides of my face and I tried so many products...baking soda...honey..."natural home remedies" etc. and nothing worked. After getting facials with Kerry my skin has improved DRASTICALLY and as Kerry says - you always leave feeling "squeaky clean." I will continue to go to her and use any product that she recommends. Whenever someone needs somewhere to go for eyebrows, facials, waxes, etc I always recommend Kerry. She is honest and is so great at what she does. read more

I recently visited Skinchanted based on a recommendation from a good friend. I am currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer and I wish I knew about Kerry's services sooner! The Caring Cancer facial and scalp massage was to die for and the lymphatic drainage massage made me feel great. Not only was Kerry knowledgeable and professional but she was such a sweetheart. I am now a regular for waxing. My very first visit I immediately knew I couldn't go anywhere else for a comfortable brizilian wax. I have been to many spas but not one as nicely decorated and clean as this one. Besides the overall appearance, the products used are top quality and also done by a true professional.
