My husband bought me a pair of earrings and a bracelet/cuff on Mother's Day (May 8). He gave me the earrings on Mother's Day (I didn't love them but decided to just keep them anyway) and he gave me the cuff on my birthday (June 19). I really was not into the cuff - it's not my style at all. In fact, even he said he didn't think it was my style, but my mom/the saleslady pressured him into buying it. So, a week and a half later after receiving it (towards the end of June) I tried to return it for a store credit. The salesladies who were working there were very nice and were going to take it. Then the owner walked in. She has super bad energy. She inspected the bracelet and said there was a speck of dirt on it (for all I know, that's how they sold it to us, as I hadn't noticed it before and had only worn it to try it on). She said she wouldn't take it back. She angrily said to me, "why didn't you bring it back before? I could have sold it!" (What a way to treat a customer, right?) I explained that yes, my husband bought me two items on Mother's Day but he just gave me the bracelet for my birthday a week and a half ago. (Also: I had my second baby on May 2 and was not getting out of the house that much at the time, he was only 8 weeks old at this time.) So she refused to take the $390 bracelet back and I'm just stuck with this item I don't like. I will NEVER patronize this shop again. And I've spent plenty of money there on brows, a facial, makeup and jewelry. I've told my husband to also never buy me anything from there again. The brow services are not even that good. I normally see Elke Von Freudenberg in the city for brows, who is much better and charges the same price, but I was not able to go to the city for brows due to the new baby.

I started with a Lip blush treatment with her after having had extremely pale/uneven toned lips for a long time. I had to wear lipstick daily. I LOVE my lips now. I can't wait for my touch up appointment! I was especially worried about my brows and how they would look. I really wanted something natural. We went with Powder brows. She picked the PERFECT color for my skin tone and the shape she did is incredible. Will let the picture speak for itself. Obsessed with them and I've been getting so many compliments! It has added symmetry to my face. Kristins attention to detail is soo helpful. I really appreciated how she took her time to go over each part in detail and show me in the mirror what she was doing. She also evened out my brows since one had started growing higher than the other, making them look uneven! Since that first visit, I come by every 4-5 weeks for maintenance on my brows. It's generally a quick visit, maybe 15-20 minutes, and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The salon itself is very nice.
