The man from the cash register comes up to me to do my tinting (caught me by surprise) but I said well I guess he knows what he is doing. He DID NOT! He spread the tint on not following my eyebrow shape. I thought he was going to clean it up and carve it to be neat but he didn't. I felt that it was sloppy but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't really tell if it was clean because it was a distance away. I dont recommend getting tint at this place guys my eyebrows are so uneven and sloppy. I want to cry

Don't buy anything from this shop unless you want to not have the option to return it. Or, in my…read morecase, don't let anyone else buy anything FOR YOU from this shop unless you want the option to not return it. My husband bought me a pair of earrings and a bracelet/cuff on Mother's Day (May 8). He gave me the earrings on Mother's Day (I didn't love them but decided to just keep them anyway) and he gave me the cuff on my birthday (June 19). I really was not into the cuff - it's not my style at all. In fact, even he said he didn't think it was my style, but my mom/the saleslady pressured him into buying it. So, a week and a half later after receiving it (towards the end of June) I tried to return it for a store credit. The salesladies who were working there were very nice and were going to take it. Then the owner walked in. She has super bad energy. She inspected the bracelet and said there was a speck of dirt on it (for all I know, that's how they sold it to us, as I hadn't noticed it before and had only worn it to try it on). She said she wouldn't take it back. She angrily said to me, "why didn't you bring it back before? I could have sold it!" (What a way to treat a customer, right?) I explained that yes, my husband bought me two items on Mother's Day but he just gave me the bracelet for my birthday a week and a half ago. (Also: I had my second baby on May 2 and was not getting out of the house that much at the time, he was only 8 weeks old at this time.) So she refused to take the $390 bracelet back and I'm just stuck with this item I don't like. I will NEVER patronize this shop again. And I've spent plenty of money there on brows, a facial, makeup and jewelry. I've told my husband to also never buy me anything from there again. The brow services are not even that good. I normally see Elke Von Freudenberg in the city for brows, who is much better and charges the same price, but I was not able to go to the city for brows due to the new baby.

I was so hesitant about permanent makeup but after meeting with her, I'm SO glad I've done it and will continue to go to her for touch ups and different services. She has a way of calming your nerves and making you feel so comfortable with the whole process! I started with a Lip blush treatment with her after having had extremely pale/uneven toned lips for a long time. I had to wear lipstick daily. I LOVE my lips now. So much more defined/even toned and they're more pink. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she was doing and was so mindful of checking in with me the whole time. I can't wait for my touch up appointment! I was especially worried about my brows and how they would look. I really wanted something natural. We went with Powder brows. She picked the PERFECT color for my skin tone and the shape she did is incredible. Will let the picture speak for itself. Obsessed with them and I've been getting so many compliments! It has added symmetry to my face. Kristins attention to detail is soo helpful. You feel like you're in great hands the whole time (literally) she is so thorough and tells you everything you need to know for aftercare too. My healing process was all very easy because of her guidance! She is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I asked her SO many questions before, during and after and she gets back to me in such a timely manner with all my concerns addressed. She is so patient and kind! If you're thinking about permanent makeup, reach out to Kristin! This has seriously changed my life!! :) PS- the staff is so friendly and helpful! Not to mention, the space is so beautiful and gives you a spa like experience!

I really appreciated how she took her time to go over each part in detail and show me in the mirror what she was doing. She also evened out my brows since one had started growing higher than the other, making them look uneven! Since that first visit, I come by every 4-5 weeks for maintenance on my brows. It's generally a quick visit, maybe 15-20 minutes, and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The salon itself is very nice.
