DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Two weeks after my appointment my eyebrows were raw, bleeding and had several pustules draining serous fluid. I went to urgent care where the doctor told me to immediately go to the emergency room. I was ADMITTED and needed IV antibiotics. Two weeks later after cultures were taken of the fluid, the hospital called me to tell me I had contracted hepatitis B from "dirty utility blades". I had been nowhere else or in an environment in which I would have contracted such a DISEASE. I've had a couple other friends who have used Bowie Brows as well and were unhappy and dissatisfied with their services. The location is an old run down attic, no hygienic maintenance and definitely needs a visit from the Department of Health. I have already reported this incident to the DOH as instructed by the hospital but please don't take this posting lightly. It's not worth it. Use a goddam eyebrow pencil. read more
