The technician was very thorough, and she did the treatment in literally 5 minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised! After two treatments I no longer see shadows under my arms. I still get hair growing in, but it's fine and light. After 7 treatments for my underarms, I still get hair growing in. I only have to shave about once a week though, and there are no dark shadows. It's more like peach fuzz. I am 4 treatments into my lower legs, and I hardly have ANY hair growing back!

About a week ago I went to Citi Nails for an SNS manicure and spa pedicure, I've been going here…read moresince it was known as Fays. I usually come here when I'm in a rush or my usual place is booked. I came in and was the only customer, I've never done SNS here before but I figured it'd be fine since they're pretty okay with regular manicures and pedicures. I forgot the name of the technician that did my nails but she was basically rushing (even though there was nobody there and for once I had time and was in no rush) and did an awful job on my pedicure and manicure. I still paid the $70 and left a nice tip because I know how much it must suck to clean feet all day but I was so disappointed. The color I choose on my toes matched my SNS color but was too like so for some reason she put two coats on the rest of my toes and three coats on my big toe and you can see the difference, not to mention after I asked her to fix it she kept telling me why she put 3 coats, I understand why but it also looked like my toes we're different colors and again I'm the paying customer....She also blobbed on so much nail polish that hours later my pedicure was already ruined. She had to fix it 3 times before I left. Then my manicure wasn't dry enough when she went to clean it and ruined them and had to redo the top coat of SNS. I asked her to fix it and she constantly was telling me it's fine. I'm going to stick to my usual spot because I paid more here for a worse mani & pedi and service. I hate to say that especially because this place is so convenient for me but it's so disappointing to waste that much money on something that fell apart in a week but is supposed to last almost 3. Also, I did this for an event I had that weekend and after two days I ended up doing my own pedicure and sadly it came out better than what I paid for.

Shop is clean, brightly decorated, and it was quite busy. Not the very best selection of colors I've seen. Otherwise my nail tech was quick, attentive, and did really nice work. Finally, it is already aggravating that they open so late, at 10 AM, but even worse, they are usually not open at 10 AM, they are pulling up in their van at 10:05, sometimes 10:10 and you have to wait outside until they get there. They also have to set up, so realistically you're not starting until at least 10:15 at times. Lots of women end up waiting outside or in their car until they arrive. There are a lot of people that would really like to get some service at 9, or 9:30, and to open at 10, AND late is a no-go. Will be finding another place to start going for my nails these days.
