I have been coming here for about 6 months now for eyebrow threading. My first visit was after two…read moreyears of allowing my brows to grow out and never being threaded (only waxed), so I was nervous; however, my esthetician made me feel comfortable and talked to me throughout each step of the process. I really appreciated how she took her time to go over each part in detail and show me in the mirror what she was doing. She also evened out my brows since one had started growing higher than the other, making them look uneven! Since that first visit, I come by every 4-5 weeks for maintenance on my brows. It's generally a quick visit, maybe 15-20 minutes, and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The salon itself is very nice. The space where they perform the brow/lash services always smells good and it's a relaxing ambience, very quiet and with soothing textures (cozy blankets for where you put your feet) and colors. Coming here each month or so always feels like a little treat to myself.

She used their Dream Dry x Masami products in my hair (shampoo, conditioner & serum) which left my hair feeling clean & shiny and also smells amazing. I was surprised at how beautiful my hair came out and how quickly it was done. I have long hair so it usually takes a lot longer. This was by far the WORST experience with eyelashes I've ever had. It's been two weeks and all of my lashes have fallen out. When I got home, I noticed lashes started to fall out immediately that night but I figured it was just a couple of loose ones so I didn't think anything of it. However, I did notice they were uneven -- the right side had way more lashes than the left. I then noticed they continued to fall out all week. Nobody, not even my sisters noticed I had gotten my lashes done and the whole point of getting lashes is for a noticeable difference! $180 for what?! Also, the technician had her hands all over my face and nose the entire time. They were heavy on my forehead and thankfully I don't have sensitive skin but if I did I could've broken out. When working on my left eye, she kept pushing down on one of my nostrils, blocking it and I have a sensitive nose so that was frustrating!! I've never experienced this before and it was so uncomfortable and felt like this was very new to her. I've been getting my lashes done frequently for the past 3 years. I take care of my lashes and brush them so they last long. I always go to Lash Loft in the city because it was near my office but wanted to try somewhere closer to home since my office moved locations. I've paid the same price for lashes that look even, full, and last over a month because that's what it should be like. Such a waste of money and soooo disappointed. Don't come here for lashes because this is NOT what it should be like.

I had chosen classic cat eye over the phone during my brief conversation, as this was my first time at any lash lounge. I was so very pleased just walking in! Clean and beautiful appearance with an array of items to keep the lashes lashing! I was called to a station quickly. I was made comfortable and the aesthetician went to work. To my amazement I fell asleep. Wow, I truly cannot believe I fell asleep! The procedure was that painless and professionally implemented! My eyes did not burn from. The glue, and I feel not one eyelash stem irritating my eyes even now one week later. The pricing was acceptable for this awesome beautification treatment. I will be back for a refill !
