My issue was my set as soon as I sat down she tells me a volume she only adding 25 pieces in each eye I automatically was like how are you going to give me a volume ( full ) look with only 25 lashes in each eye and I told her I want a full look ... anyways I feel like when I made the appt that should had been told to me because I would had cancelled anyways I did my lashes . Hello, I made an appt, via phone, at The Lash Lounge on April, 23, 2025 for brow a micro-blading service and gladly processed the requested $50 deposit. Diana, the receptionist stated that she would send me an application to read, but I did not receive it, I only received an email confirming my appt. When I arrived for my appt., I was given the application and learned that if a customer was undergoing an MRI they must inform the technician about the brow micro-blade procedure because it "contains inert oxides, a low level magnet may be required" and has the potential to cause irritation, heat, or a burning sensation in the microbladed area. I will be having an MRI on May 2nd and didn't think it was a good idea to move forward with it. I requested a refund of my $50 deposit, Diana turned down my request. I wasn't happy about this, her response was, I could have scheduled an appt in your place, implying that the lounge lost money. She said that when I returned she would apply the deposit to my payment. Really? What if I didn't return? I called Diana on 4/24 to officially complain. She said she sent the application in an email with all the info., I informed her that I did not receive it. I followed it up with the email she sent me that only confirmed my appt. to prove I never received any info. I will never return there as I was not treated in a professional manner. Be careful and be well informed if you decide to go; I clearly don't recommend it. read more

The facility is beautiful and clean, and the staff is lovely as well. Everyone was very courteous, and I have a back injury so they offered me the option to stay on my side during the appointment. The ambiance and the environment was definitely elegant and very welcoming. That being said...I have been getting lash extensions for more than 6 years at the same salon down in Korea Town in Manhattan. I went to lash lounge being open to paying westchester prices for the convenience of not having to go downtown. The appointment was nearly double the length of time (2 hours), for not what I'd consider a lot of lashes (they were also cluster lashes) and was nearly 3 times what I'd usually be paying (and for more lashes). And yet, this review may have had 4 stars if not for the number of lashes that have already fallen. As I mentioned I've been getting extensions for years and know how to care for them. Great place ! This place is really clean and modern, the woman at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and the whole experience was pleasant. This was my first time trying eyelash extensions and the technician was very sweet and patient explaining everything to me. There was a bit of options to go through, type of lash, length, fullness and curl. After picking those I got to lay down and take off my shoes, was given a blanket and settled in for the 2 hour process. There was no pain or discomfort I barely felt anything at all, everything was so relaxing I actually dozed off a few times. I'm really loving this full look of lashes and that I can wake up and go straight to the gym without makeup but still feel somewhat glam :) I'm thinking maybe I should have gotten a shorter length so they look more natural up close but this long they look especially nice in pictures ;) read more

The only stars I'm giving is due to the aesthetics and cleanliness of the business because my actual experience was not positive. I left feeling like they just took my money. Basically, I went to get a "lash lift" for the first time ever and my natural lashes are too short for this procedure to yield any noticeable difference. My issue is that I believe they should have told me that this could happen and let me decide if I wanted to still go for it or instead get the lash extensions not just go ahead and do it and let me find out the hard way that this is not for me. Businesses need to get better at retaining costumers by being a little more honest. If I would have been fairly warned and still went for it I would not be feeling ripped off and would have gone back for extensions. They took it more seriously, they even had me call from outside. As someone that has a compromised immune system, that went a long way with me. I loved the addition of the under knee pillow while you are getting your lashes done. My tech was great, and she listened to my concerns and was happy to talk things through with me. The only "problem" (if that) I ran into was that in one case my tech and another tech were talking about how best to proceed with my service while my eyes were shut and didn't think to include me in the conversation.
