When she finished, she walked away, so I left because I had already paid. As I was about to cross the street, she came running out of the store, stopped me, and said it was $13. I asked why she told me $10 would cover it, and she just repeated that it was $13. I probably should've just kept walking, but I tried to be nice and respectful, so I kept talking to her. I told her I only had an extra dollar and gave it to her. Then she asked if I could pay her another way, like come back and pay the rest. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I'm young.
