The lady towards the back doesn't listen. I walked in and asked her to not use wax to just do threading, Just clean up a little and NOT MAKE MY BROWS THIN. I close my eyes and there it was the friken wax on my eyebrows I told her once again I didn't want the wax, but did she listen? NO! Once she was done with the wax she asked if I wanted threading to clean it up I again told her I told you no wax initially I don't know why you didn't listen to me. Anyways I had to show her where she needed to fix it to make my brows look even. She did my brows thin. Literally everything I asked her not to do she did. I had service on September 11, 2022, and my service consisted of a clean-up of my micro-blade eyebrows. After completing another customer's eyebrows, the eyebrow specialist, or the lady in the sky blue top, tried to start working on my eyebrows without sanitizing her hands or cleaning the chair a customer sat on before me. I told her to wipe the chair and sanitize her hands, to which she did. But why should I have to ask as it should be a course of the procedure? Whether COVID is in effect, all public places that service customers are to ensure their customers' cleanliness and safety. Although she complied with my request and did a great job on my eyebrows, I will not be returning. read more

I use Perfect Brows a lot. When they first open I went here for a waxing, the young lady was not good at it at all. And other lady came and she was better and my pain was not as intense. That lady left and went to Texas I believe and because of that I go to another Perfect Brows on 164th and Broadway, which is always crowded. I will say that this location is small, but when I need a light threading on my lip or chin I stop in and am I taken care of nicely. read more

Horrible service ! I went to get my lashes done and she was annoyed about everything and kept giving me attitude. When she was finally done with my eyelashes extensions it was a mess.I asked if she can please try to fix them. I left out of there looking crazy. Came here a while back to get my eyelashes done. I requested natural medium lashes. The lady made my lashes look unnatural. My lashes looked like an old broom with destroyed brush bristles. She refused to give me my money back. I didn't have to get them removed because they fell out that same night!! I didn't rub my eyes or wet them. This was a waste of money and time. read more

Back in 2010 i went to a lady who made my eyebrows pencil thin. Thinner than that let's just say. It was bad. Let my brows grow for a whole year. Could not find a good brow person that i could Trust. Finally, met Simi a few years later. I cannot Even remember how our paths crossed but I am so blessed to have met her. Since then i cannot picture my life without her. Not only is she one of the best at doing brows. She is the sweetest, and super professional. I love Simi. I recommend everyone to go to her. They go and instantly are in love with the results. The one located at fordham plaza was Very awkward and an unsatisfying experience . ... walked into the store very excited about getting my eyebrows threaded for the first time but instead of a very fun experience i just got stared at when i walked in. The WORST experience ive ever had. Funny thing is, I didnt even go to have anything done. I went to have my lashes removed. Instead of allowing the remover to work, she placed it on my eyes and began to rip the lashes off, taking mine and my skin with it. Not only that, she got remover in my eye which gave me an infection and swollen eyes for 2 days. She told me "some people have sensitive eyes". Um no. Everyone has sensitive eyes that shouldnt be treated this way! I will never allow anyone I know to go to this business and dont suggest any of you do either. read more
