Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the lovely Miss Nush, who has the best waxing method and R&B playlist. Let me tell you .. there was almost zero to little pain, I was in awe the entire time! She left me spotless, made amazing recommendations which were tailored to my needs & she was done with my wax all before my lunch break was even over! Which lasted me a week, during the second visit the lady had me waiting approximately 15min with the serum and another 10 min for the compress, she left me unattended for quite some time, and over did the amount of lash glue needed. This is now my 3rd visit to take them off and I'm back with the lady who did my lashes the first time, she was not able to successfully take off the lashes and as she tried to comb out the glue, she began ripping off my actual lash, due to the excessive amount of glue, she had instructed me to go home and apply oil and remove the rest off on my own. Which did not work, it took off most of my lashes and was bleeding. I definitely don't recommend doing your lashes here. My lashes were full and long. Now it looks like Cynthia from the rugrats

I asked to cancel my appointment. This experience was horrible and the customer service was awful. I can't understand why I was told I wouldn't be seen for an extra 40 minutes for my appointment time to remain unaffected.
