From the start, the staff were careless and unprofessional. During the service, they were rough around my eye area, clearly inattentive, and did not follow basic safety or hygiene practices. The application was sloppy and painful, and it became obvious they had no regard for eye safety. After the appointment, my eye area was visibly damaged and irritated, something that should never happen from a routine eyelash service. This was not a minor issue or simple discomfort. It was the result of negligence and poor technique. What is most disturbing is the lack of care and accountability. There was no concern shown for the harm caused, and the overall attitude was dismissive rather than professional. This place should not be trusted with anything involving your eyes or face. Eyelash services require precision, hygiene, and caution, all of which were completely missing here. I am leaving this review to warn others. Do not risk your eyes, health, or money at this salon. There are far safer and more professional options in NYC.

A girl who looked pretty young to me worked on my lashes and I felt as if she worked harder on one eye than the other. I got my lashes done on Friday and by Sunday that eye that didn't get much love on Friday, lost half of it's long lashes. I was upset but since I worked all week, I couldn't go back till next Friday. I had told them that this eye has lost all it's lashes in comparison to my other eye. At first she told me to make an appointment but when I told her how upset I was, they fixed my eyelashes right there & then free of charge. The lashes came out great & I'm happy they accommodated me. Very thorough and meticulous in applying the lashes. They came out beautiful. I went here today for a touch up and wished I'd had the same lady (Monica..I think) as the first time as this eyelash technician wasn't as meticulous but all-in-all the lashes still came out great. Just make sure you don't use water on your eye for at least 2-3 days. No oil-based mascara and try not to rub your eye or touch your eye/lashes too much as they WILL fall out.

For once, I was given a compliment on the shape of my brows! I got here for my appointment and there was a client spazzing out because they hated their final lash results. They are selling groupons for mink lashes and when you get there they force the clusters on you. I asked the owner to not use the clusters on me because I paid for a mink lash Groupon not for clusters. She agreed to use the individual Minks on me. SHE DID NOT. I got up from the table with clusters on and at that point there was nothing I can do but leave. I asked for the manager to do my lashes because she wanted a trainee to do my lashes. I say she was a trainee because she couldn't even figure out how to do a client's wax before attempting to service me. She got another girl to do them and sis glued my eyes closed. I AM NEVER RETURNING. This place is garbage. Worse than garbage. The pictures on the website MUST be of another salon cuz there's 3 regular beauty chairs and treatment rooms in the back that are NOTHING like the website.
