I went in for threading and tint, the only lady there did my brows ok and then for tint she told me to sit in another chair so I'm just thinking the tinting supplies is at that station. The man from the cash register comes up to me to do my tinting (caught me by surprise) but I said well I guess he knows what he is doing. He DID NOT! He spread the tint on not following my eyebrow shape. I thought he was going to clean it up and carve it to be neat but he didn't. I felt that it was sloppy but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't really tell if it was clean because it was a distance away. I dont recommend getting tint at this place guys my eyebrows are so uneven and sloppy. I want to cry

I was so hesitant about permanent makeup but after meeting with her, I'm SO glad I've done it and will continue to go to her for touch ups and different services. She has a way of calming your nerves and making you feel so comfortable with the whole process! I started with a Lip blush treatment with her after having had extremely pale/uneven toned lips for a long time. I had to wear lipstick daily. I LOVE my lips now. So much more defined/even toned and they're more pink. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she was doing and was so mindful of checking in with me the whole time. I can't wait for my touch up appointment! I was especially worried about my brows and how they would look. I really wanted something natural. We went with Powder brows. She picked the PERFECT color for my skin tone and the shape she did is incredible. Will let the picture speak for itself. Obsessed with them and I've been getting so many compliments! It has added symmetry to my face. Kristins attention to detail is soo helpful. You feel like you're in great hands the whole time (literally) she is so thorough and tells you everything you need to know for aftercare too. My healing process was all very easy because of her guidance! She is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I asked her SO many questions before, during and after and she gets back to me in such a timely manner with all my concerns addressed. She is so patient and kind! If you're thinking about permanent makeup, reach out to Kristin! This has seriously changed my life!! :) PS- the staff is so friendly and helpful! Not to mention, the space is so beautiful and gives you a spa like experience!

I really appreciated how she took her time to go over each part in detail and show me in the mirror what she was doing. She also evened out my brows since one had started growing higher than the other, making them look uneven! Since that first visit, I come by every 4-5 weeks for maintenance on my brows. It's generally a quick visit, maybe 15-20 minutes, and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The salon itself is very nice. The space where they perform the brow/lash services always smells good and it's a relaxing ambience, very quiet and with soothing textures (cozy blankets for where you put your feet) and colors. Coming here each month or so always feels like a little treat to myself.
