Worse eyebrow tinting... No one there is trained, they have no idea what they are doing. I asked for a tinting, this is supposed to be in place of coloring in your brows with make up on a day-to-day and is supposed to last 4-6 weeks. Your eyebrows should be shaped and flawless. NOPE! I had dye all over. It looked like I took hair-dye and put it on my brows with my fingers. They were not shaped, arched, or clean AT ALL. I wanted to cry. They looked horrible. Told the front desk and they looked at me like I had 6 heads and absolutely no idea or information as to how eyebrow tinting should be. These were the owners or managers at the desk. Though they were very nice, they have no idea what they're doing. The girl who did my brows tried to fix them and cleaned off some of the dye that was all around my brows. However, again no shape and the dye was way too dark. I looked like Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street. Their staff has absolutely no experience whatsoever. These are girls who are still in beauty school.. Waste of money! I came home and scraped my brows with acetone to remove the dye. NEVER EVER AGAIN! They need to hire experienced estheticians. The location is great and beautiful, the skills need to match that. Eyebrows are sacred to a woman's face, if you mess that up-- you have no business doing brows!! I specifically asked the girl who did my brows to shape them when I went back for her to fix them, because that is what is done when you tint brows. Tinting brows takes place of putting make up on your brows. If you look up on YouTube or on google you will find that's included in brow tinting service along with the esthetician going into detail about colors and looks you want to achieve, at least in a place that has estheticians who know what they're doing. I've gotten tinting done before. The girl who did my brows here, her response was "We are not trained to thread and shape brows yet." I went to the lash lounge to get a last perm and tint. The space was very clean and modern, and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I was able to relax during the service, they had blankets and tried hard to create a comfortable environment. I'm so happy with how my lashes turned out and can't believe what a difference it made! I had 2 procedures at Lash Lounge..... a set of hybrid lashes, and tinted eyebrows. The lashes fell out of the left eye the day after. I has 3/4 eyelashes. They graciously fixed them after I made a fuss. Obviously, I needed brown eyelashes not black. The black was too outstanding with blonde hair and fair skin. i don't think their expertise is that effective. I then tried brow tint. How does a business make you leave with brows looking black and blue and was gone the next day . Also, the lounge chair was not washed down properly after the person before me left. I came home and took the remaining lashes off myself with olive oil. The staff will smoothe talk you, but not be honest. I should have had some reimbursement for the lashes that looked horrible. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I will seek another place to get my lashes done. Don't be fooled! it cost me 180.00 for a half job... read more

Update : After Diane ( owner )contacted me several times to make sure i left a happy customer since my first experience wasn't that awesome. I took her offer and went back to Lash Lounge with a different stylist, Tsahai who was absolutely amazing. So amazing that I passed out for 2 hours and didn't even notice when I woke to my lashes were done and beautiful. She was gentle, very detailed and ensured that any questions I had were answered. Overall This time around I was 100% satisfied and my lashes look amazing. After this experience I will be going back. read more

I went in for a lash lift yesterday and my lashes look the same. They don't look lifted at all. Other than that the location is great, and the place looks nice and clean but I'm on the fence about going back and maybe trying a different tech or just finding a new place altogether. read more

Due to covid I've been very hesitant on where I go for beauty services, but after meeting the owner of The Lash Lounge I felt good about getting my lashes done. Let me start off by saying they were extremely clean, took temperatures, took note about who you've been around and made sure you properly sanitized before taking a seat. But to get to the point (the lashes) I just wanted to say how OBSESSED I was. I've gotten my lashes done for years now and never have I ever had such a thorough consultation with a lash tech. She spoke to me about goals (length and curl wise) she explained every step she was doing before doing it, and was super gentle. Yesterday I had my first experience at Lash Lounge. I was so happy to spend my afternoon with such sweet, responsive, and skilled women. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, I was very comfortable while getting lash extensions applied by Courtney who is an absolute delight to speak with. The place was clean and my lash artist, Geo, was welcoming and accommodating. My lashes came out great. My one complaint is it was FREEZING in there. I don't know why it needs to be so cold. First-timers should be forewarned to bring a blanket or wear a heavy sweater. read more

Amazing decor, so beautiful on the inside - you step in and you're in an upscale Manhattan salon!! The staff are so friendly, and easy to talk to, and make you feel right at home the entire time. Courtney was the sweetest, she was so accommodating, and made me feel so comfortable! If you can hunker down and power through the urge to fall asleep in the comfort of the bed they lay you in while they perform the service, under the warmth of the blanket, and the light hands of whoever is taking care of you, the conversation is great!! Umm, idk what to say. I originally found this place on google. Everytime I call for appointment. "always an issue. Then I finally had an appointment on Thursday 2/18, which was canceled due to snow, then rescheduled for friday 2/19 @ 12. I show up doors are locked. "OFFICE WAS CLOSED" Then someone calls me saying I missed my appointmen. When I advised the doors were locked when I went. "The woman says" you must have been at the wrong door. "Really?" smh, then I ask for an appointment for tomorrow she says ". Nooo, we don't have appointments available . WTH . For this being such a small business, they should be providing better customer service. Especially given the "whole pandemic" like be grateful people are even calling for appointments, I mean businesses are shutting down left and right. smh anyway yea, hopefully my eyebrow lady opens back up soon. I just want to first start off with saying Diane is great. She understood when I was severely sick with Covid and had to cancel my membership. I went in this past Sunday for a full set of lashes. The woman at the front desk was very nice. When I got to my technician she was so rude and did not even greet me. She said "lie down". I got my eyebrows threaded which was fine. When she came to the lashes she did not explain anything to me. The only thing she asked was " do you want it short, medium or long." She did not ask what shape I wanted or what kind of curl. When I was done, my left eye was beat red and very sore. She didn't even offer any help with that. Now I have to go to an Ophthalmologist because my eye won't stop hurting, it got so bad it is making me have severe headaches. I am going on vacation in 2 days and hope the doctor says I can fly. The lady at the front desk took pictures of my eye lashes so there is proof my left eye was red. When I got up from the table I said "thank you very much, and she said mmhmm." I regret giving her a tip. The lash technician across from me was explaining everything to her client and was making sure she was comfortable. Also, the prices are so expensive. $80 for a refill when it doesn't guarantee that all your lashes that fell out will be refilled. I have been to salons where it is $50 for a refill and they make sure all your lashes are filled. And $275 for a full set? I have paid $100 for a full set in varies places. I am just very unhappy. I just feel bad for Diane because she is very nice. read more

I visited the lash lounge 4 times. On my 3rd visit I notice that the technician did not put any lashes on the outside lashes. By the time I came back for my refill, I had no lashes left. There was no compromising with my situation. I was told "I don't have time to give you a full set of lashes but I can add a few extra for an additional $20". I was very very disappointed and decided that I was going to cancel my membership which I did do. Diane is great (she was not there that day) but the person who was at the front desk that day was not very understanding. If I'm paying the extranomic fee that I did, I expect all lashes to be covered. The lounge is decorated beautifully and seems very clean but to me all of those characteristics are important but customer service is the main key. Very sad that this was the outcome because it's so convenient for me but I will now go back to my old lounge which is a distance. read more

I went last week for my First consultation on Thursday February 21,2019 the same day i recommend my mother to join so she could get her consolation and possibly get hers done to . Rashel i believe that's how you spell her name was working front desk i had my meeting with Sonia whom was a welcoming and well worded employee.Sonia worked different looks for my mother and at the same time had me join in.At the end of the consultation Sonia made it known she was able to do the "Classic" look on my mother and had hers schedule a come back date.Then, explained to me that since i wanted the "Mink" look i would have to make a come back appointment with someone else. I appreciated the honesty and recommendation and went to the front desk to make my appointment. I explained to Rashel i wanted the Mink look and wanted to make the appointment for that upcoming weekend booking was full so she asked for a preferred time and i explained im a single mom and had to pick up my daughter at a certain time and needed it to be a 3:45 or 4:00.She then looked over the scheduled and we both agreed on Tuesday 3:45 the "Mink" look and i even asked her which ones she does and it was the classic silk and she asked for my credit card number to complete the booking. Later on i received a confirmation on February 22 and again on the 24th and even a phone call on the 25th ALL WHICH WAS CONFIRMED! So today February 26 was my appointment to go in to get them done and after i moved my daughters schedule and postponed other plans to fix and not get charged a cancellation fee and it being my first time at your location WHY IS IT THAT I RECEIVE A 3:00 CALL FROM RASHEL STATING NO ONE COULD SEE ME? That there was a miss-up and all thou there's workers it wasn't noted and now i lost my appointment.Nothing she could do and NO MANAGER WAS ON THE SITE TO SPEAK WITH? How inconsiderate and unprofessional! the worst first time experience and not even a sorry or a compensation was made. The woman at the front desk asked if I would like my coat hung up and if I wouldn't mind filling out a quick form. During my lift and tint, my stylist, Sarah, walked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable. I was able to relax and the hour flew by quickly. The service is amazing, the environment is welcoming, and the lashes look great. Everyone I have spoken to could not believe I wasn't wearing mascara. My friend got lashes and I thought hers looked amazing, so I decided to give it a try. I met with Sonia and she consulted with me first to find the look I was going for. I showed her a few pictures. I told her I didn't want anything over the top and she recommended I try a classic look with some fans added for a slightly fuller look. She was very gentle and sweet. She explained what she was doing. I was really happy with the way my lashes turned out and I'm looking forward to showing my friends. Went in for a simple lash bath/removal to remove my lashes that were done somewhere else. My eyes were burning from the glue remover chemical. Like on fire. I was pretty much crying. They had to keep starting the process over and over and then the associate had to ask someone for help. I am shocked that they have inexperienced staff working on such a sensitive body part(eyes). I was asked if I wanted to leave some lashes on or continue the process... as I am thinking about it... literally 3 seconds after the question- she says "that was a question" as if I did not understand. I responded "I know its a question, Im thinking. She later said "I know you're nervous but you need to stop fluttering your eyes (in the most annoyed tone)" I stated: Im actually NOT nervous, I'm in pain and my eyes are naturally dry and I blink alot...if I could stop fluttering them as they are closed I would." Maybe you should hold them (my eyelid) down so that the chemical stops seeping into my eyes. Again, lack of experience. She also suggested that she could just "pluck" the last individual lash since its "just one." No thanks! She was able to remove them finally however put nothing to condition them(at least vaseline) as my actual lashes were still visibly full of "gunk" from the glue and are still coarse and hard. I was assured by the owner that the gunk will be gone once I washed my face at home. I still have glue attached to my real lashes. I honestly believe I would have been able to remove my lashes myself at home and save $25 plus gratuity and pain. My vision has been blurry all day. This is not acceptable. read more

I wanted this experience to be good - but I was disappointed ( cleanliness , quality of service ) . Any good service is part client experience and quality product delivery . The customer experience to make appointment was good ( high energy / informative). The $50 cancellation fee seemed high - but I had no intention to cancel . The first challenge was basic - the client table had hair on it and wasn't tidy, even though I was first appointment of the day . The clinician had on a service apron that was filthy. My confidence in the services went down from there . The lashes on the receipt read 275 ( with a 56% discount ) - net 129. That's price inflation to the 10th. More established / well appointed business charge a fraction and true professionals in the space . Net/Net - many businesses of the industry are populating in Westchester .
