And as she started my lashes, she explained what she was doing as she was doing it. She started with a lash bath (a service I was never offered with other lash techs) before applying the lashes. Her lash table (that was heated!) was very comfortable--it was complete with a cushion to keep my legs elevated and a comfy neck cushion as well. This made the experience very pleasant.
