I learned about this business through LivingSocial. I purchased a discount voucher through them and made an appointment via text. When I first arrived for my appointment, I was not able to access my voucher unfortunately and I was allowed to reschedule for later that day. When I returned to receive my service, I was given an initial consultation regarding my preferences and what would suit me best. Then I was shown where I could store my belongings while my lashes were installed. The bed was comfortable, and I was offered a blanket for my comfort. The technician was very friendly and hospitable. She was also very gentle while installing my lash set. I barely felt anything and actually dozed off during the service. The facilities were very clean and quiet throughout the time I spent there. I was very pleased with the finished installation, and I definitely plan to return for services in the future. read more

I didn't have an initial good experience, but they reached out to me after my review and offered to reshape my lashes. What more could I want. That was extremely nice of them. I think it's probably best to stick with the pictures. That being said, I wish they had pictures of the style I wanted. The studio is extremely clean and pleasant environment. I haven't had any noticeable lash loss in almost a week. That's great. It took really long 75 min for 70. They don't do the ends or the corners. It looks funny. I was very specific about the style and the length I wanted and it came out how I didn't want it. They said you should have ask for cute style. That's exactly what I kept asking for. They said they would do sizes smaller at the ends next time, but thats what they said they were going to do. Great Groupon deals. Super friendly and reasonable pricing. Love their 2 week reminder texts as I typically forget to keep up with all my appointments. But also the lashes last long that I don't need to come every two weeks, I've been going every 3-4 weeks instead. Very relaxing setup. They always offer me a blanket. Very Easy to make an appointment, if you don't get through by phone they immediately send a text. I had no issues at all using the Groupon. Irene did my lashes, very sweet, informative and patient and did an excellent job. Lashes lasted well over a month even after getting wet on vacation. Did not shed as quickly like other sets I've received. They even contacted me when it was time for a re-fill, 2-3 weeks later, but I still had most of my lashes in! Rude, misleading business. Purchased a Groupon back in 2022 and I purchased another one recently. Groupon says not valid for active clients within the past 18 months but the business owner said its not valid because its only for first time customers. Very misleading and extremely rude.
