Without an pain or discomfort. My skin looks great :) I am so happy :) I also booked fraxel for wrinkles and fine lines with najia herself. It was great. I did it 10 days ago. With a small pain killer and numbing cream - I felt no discomfort or pain. Maybe a little warm. The warm feeling remained for - few hours but soon after disappeared. For 2 days I was a little red. Nothing you cannot hide with a little foundation. Then my skin dried a little and was a little flaky for 2 days. After this I can see already smoothness ;) Today I went to the salon and got the new treatment called Silk Peel - dermal infusion ! Amazing !! Got rid of all my dry skin and it glows!!! Fatima took care of my skin today and she has angel hands. I have found my skin fairies :) They are so knowledgeable and are using the latest techniques available to slow down the age process and take care of your skin :) I love them ! The pedicures in my experience feel a bit bare bones unless maybe you do one of their more premium pedicures, but I've always been happy with my manicures. I thought the manicure (uv gel fill on my natural nail) would be $58 or so based on the menu online, but it was $83. Apparently, the type of design I got costs more- cat eye/magnetic- see side by side photo collage. Didn't think to ask about the price being different than online beforehand, but that would've been nice to know upon showing them my choice of design. The guy, Jack, did mention the price to me just before he started doing my nails. The salon is spacious and seems pretty clean, although the pedicure chairs could use some updating. Overall, I really like this nail place. The brief massage during the manicure is a nice touch. It's close to where my parents live so if I'm in town and wanting to do some self care, this is my go to spot.

I came in with a very detailed design (that involved cat eye nail polish and chrome) that I saw online on someone else and after showing them the picture/video of it they took time to examine it and how to best execute it. Also, my nails were a mess beforehand and they managed to do an extension with the gel and then the design on each nail. My nails lasted 6 weeks and if it weren't for the fact that they were too long for my liking after 6 weeks, I probably could've gone longer because nothing was lifting or cracking. Which is impressive since I'm typing all day, so dishes and chase two toddlers all day everyday. I shared 4 pictures, 2 the day after and 2 the day I went back (6 weeks later) to get a new fill and color.

Why not just saying so? In the next moment, the owner was very nice offering me coffee... really odd situation. After going there for some time, I just did my very last visit at that place.

They took my credit card prior which was fine but puts me in a bad position later on. So I lay on the table and the facialist starts going over what I need done and tried to upsell me to a TRIPLE CHEMICAL PEEL. I have never had a chemical peel before and tbh I didn't think my skin was so terrible. When I express my hesitation and mention the service I booked for she told me she understood if I couldn't afford it but that the service I was getting wouldn't really do anything for me. I've had many facials in my life I can't imagine a deep cleansing facial with extra paid time wouldn't do anything. There's a non refundable deposit which I didn't want to lose so I forged ahead anyway and she was right. She didn't do much but steam and so a basic cleansing on my face with a few pore extractions. I was hoping to get laser facial hair removal here which i definitely did not do because of this horrendous experience. Not to mention the deep cleansing facial was over 150 dollars so it's not like i was skimping in the first place. It was totally uncomfortable and I wish i had spoken up in the moment but I felt like I'd lose money anyway and I'd already driven half an hour to get there. I'd give it no stars if I could.
