I was assured that the tan would be flawless and a light, natural glow -- exactly what I asked for. What I got was the exact opposite: a streaky, orange mess that looked anything but bridal. The spray tan artist told me she had "four years of experience" and that I'd be thrilled with the result -- right before hurrying me out to get to her next appointment. My knuckles and hands? Burnt orange. I spent hours scrubbing them in a panic, trying not to look like an Oompa Loompa in my wedding photos. I had to literally use a Brillo pad & dish soap The tan was patchy, uneven, and frankly, awful. Thank God for my gown being long sleeves -- but even with that, I still looked orange underneath and mg dress was entirely backless. I've had better results from a Mystic booth unfortunately To be fair, I do have friends who've had good experiences at GLOW -- so maybe this was more about the individual technician and the fact she was clearly rushing or didn't see the concern in this being my bridal spray tan, But the reality is, getting a bad spray tan two days before your wedding should have been taken more seriously.
