I am extremely disappointed with Laser Away and their consistently poor customer service. From the very beginning, I've encountered countless scheduling and system issues that have made it impossible to move forward with my treatment confidently. At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. read more

The nurses are incredibly skilled, professional, and always make me feel comfortable throughout each session. They take the time to explain everything and check in to make sure I'm doing okay, which I really appreciate. The clinic itself is spotless and well-organized, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Equipment looks modern and well-maintained, and I never have to wait long to be seen. I purchased the full-face Thermage FLX package, which included 900 pause for Face and Neck Featuring Eye Opener, but they only applied 602 pause!!! I had my Thermage FLX treatment today. When they finished treating the right side of my face, I saw the screen showing 262 pauses. After completing the left side, it showed 602 pauses.However, the staff verbally told me that 900 pauses had already been completed. The screen clearly showed 602, and then she immediately turned off the machine. Afterward, I contacted the salesperson who sold me the package to check with the nurse whether the correct number of shots had been applied, but the nurse still insisted that 900 shots were done. Furthermore, the salesperson did not offer any assistance in reattaching the tip I used to the machine and verify the final pause. The service was extremely poor. Before this, they all insisted that the treatment was performed according to the manufacturer's protocol, but what I observed was not the case. I paid for 900 pauses but did not receive a full 900-pause treatment. This makes me very unhappy, and I don't believe the results will meet expectations. It feels like I paid for a treatment that ended up being meaningless. Never spent any money here! They will always be dishonest! read more

What terrible customer service . I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time and was told that I was not to be treated because I was late. Their system changed the appointment time without informing me and then I had to bed and plead to be treated. The next time I arrived early and waited for a half an hour to be treated and they had no problem with me waiting and wasting my time. My technician repeatedly told me that she could no treat the side of my neck in multiple appointments. When I recently went to my second to last appointment, I had a different tech who gladly treated the area. When I rescheduled out to complain about not receiving the proper treatment, I was totally dismissed. I would never recommend this very unprofessional company. read more

I have an extensive package with Clear & Brilliant Facials and laser hair removal in the areas of underarms, chin, and lip. The team here is extremely knowledgable and willing to focus on your pre-care, post-care and care while you are in your office. If you are worried about their lasers being the proper lasers for melanin-rich skin, don't worry. They have the proper ones, and Ashley answered all my questions about what type of lasers they have. Wonderfully friendly and helpful. I went for my first treatment on Saturday, September 24, and Dona helped to calm my nerves instantly. She was able to answer my many questions. She was very professional, and I felt well cared for. I went again the next day for another treatment, and in very vulnerable positions for me, Azemina maintained a comfortable, professional, medical atmosphere. I can't say I was instantly comfortable showing that much of my skin to a stranger within the first five minutes of meeting, but I relaxed considerably. She even had an ice pack readily available to relieve some extra sensitive areas, which was a life saver. I would happily be treated by either one of them next time I'm in, but I'm also pretty confident that they hire great clinicians all around. I wish I could give this review a zero star. I NEVER write bad reviews on anything, but this had to be written unfortunately. I was going to the Scarsdale location for a few months when I had to switch all together. The customer service was absolutely horrid at this location. There were multiple appointments where I either had to wait 40 minutes (Which I have proof of) or when I come to my appointment, they told me they couldn't provide me full service because they were backed up and would have to reschedule me for half my service... There was one time they had me wait over 45 minutes and I was late to my other appointment I had scheduled for the day because of it. Then one of my appointments was so backed up that when I saw the nurse Alexa M. she rushed me less than 5 minutes to do my full body treatment. And for anyone who knows to get full body laser is going to take you a bare minimum 30 minutes. I complained a few times during that visit saying I didn't want her to rush because the treatment I have been getting hasn't been effective to which she shut me down. Then I mentioned it for a second time during the treatment and when she shut me down again, I started to cry, and she said out loud omg... When I called customer service to report the terrible service, I was told I should have asked for her to do a better job and it was my fault for leaving because once I leave my appointment there is nothing they can do. One of my treatments I was marked down for a full body when they only had time to do part of my body and charted it as full so I completely miss out on one of my sessions- which as a registered nurse to do this is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. I will state that when I switched over to Stamford's location the service was night and day but it still doesn't take away from the terrible service I did get and the results I got due to it. So while I have to wait a bit until I can see results, I can say that my experience there was really positive. I have had laser hair removal previously at another spa, so I knew what to expect. The entire process took about 45 minutes (included prep numbing time); numbing cream was applied to the lips so there was minimal discomfort; after care was explained, this is a clean medical office setting. the service was great & everything well explained. On the day of their grand opening, I switched my services over to LaserAway in Scarsdale. They had a cute charcuterie board for their guests and their team there for support. Legend was nice to take the time to thoroughly explain the packages I needed for care, which are at a reasonable price, given the amazing service they give you. They are knowledgeable about their products and have impeccable customer service skills. Alexa, who did my Xeomin injections, is an absolute doll. She is so down to Earth and has steady hands, which is important because I am deathly afraid of needles. It has been about a week since I've had the injections and already see results. It's literally insane because I had ugly forehead lines and now they are nonexistent, even when I try to raise my eyebrows all the way! I will be requesting Alexa to do my services from now on. Nurse Practitioner Blossom was there to support as well. She is a sweetheart, and kept me company while I was waiting for my Xeomin treatment.
