Honestly, I was just searching for a review I think I could trust. Not to say that the writers experiences were not accurate, but one never knows until they've experienced things for themselves. With that, despite my skepticism I forged ahead. When I walked in at first I was put off, as this is in no way a Dobbs Ferry high end spa, but desperation has its motivation. Arrived mid-morning without an appointment. This was risky as other patrons were already there, though luckily space was still available. My massage area, not a separate room, had enough privacy where I felt comfortable. During my session, realization kicked in noting that bells and whistles were not needed nor were they missed. My masseuse, Amy did the necessary and got to work getting those kinks out of my back. The full body massage that followed from head to toe, with a bit of stretching was an added bonus. My partner goes for acupuncture and I go for deep tissue massages . The ladies here are kind and friendly. They provide massage packages and acupuncture packages that might help with pricing. It can be a little costly after a couple of sessions but definitely worth it. The office does take some medical insurance but not all so please confirm with front desk if you qualify. I recommend Norvelys she has great hands and she is the sweetest. I feel so relaxed after a session with her.

I arrived at 2:42 PM and was refused service. The manager at the front desk who declined to give his name gave me attitude and told me "I told you if you're over 10 late she isn't taking you, and said I don't care about your injury that has nothing to do with me". How disgusting. This was my second day coming in. The day before, I was told she was fully booked. I returned again paying for Ubers both days due to my injury assuming a little grace would be extended. Instead, I was turned away. While I calmly explained my situation and simply asked if she could accommodate me for a quick fill, Vivi repeatedly said "oh my God" as if my presence was an inconvenience. The tone alone said enough. What's unfortunate is that I've previously been patient when she ran behind, didn't call as promised, or seated other clients before me despite my appointment. I waited without complaint. Loyalty clearly wasn't mutual. I spend hundreds here for myself and my family. Respect costs nothing. I won't be returning.
