I passed this place almost every day and didn't realize it was here, I just thought it was a nice house. I have to pay more attention lol. The place is very nice and clean and the owner is very welcoming. Also, a big perk is that they have parking in the back!! LOL, those who live in this area know how hard it is to get parking there. I got the 60-minute medical massage and I have to say that she hit every area on my body that needed this massage. I've been to a lot of different places throughout the years and this specific massage is what I needed. What I also liked is that at the end of the massage, she used a hot towel all over me and that also took the oils off of my body so I was not leaving the place all greasy. Many other places didn't do that and I was oily until I got home. I never felt comfortable using any showers at some spas that had showers. I definitely will be going more often not only for the massage but will be trying the facials as well. It can be surprising how much of a positive impact these services can have on your overall well-being and I am so glad I went. I will be going back soon!

The only reason I know this is because after he told me that it was a wart, I asked if he was certain it was not skin cancer. I found it odd that I received anesthesia, had the tissue cut out and cauterized without anything being explained to me, and the doctor seemed annoyed with my questions/dismissive of my concerns. Given my family history of skin cancer (not to mention that I was left with a sore on my face), a little bit of an explanation would have been in order. I told her to give ma minute to look them up and she replied no need. Dr. Benites came in about 10 minutes later and examined the arm I came in for. There were four cysts and he stated he would give me an injection in each. After giving the 1st injection he said " you seem uncomfortable so you will have to use a gel". If that doesn't work, go to urgent care or the emergency room. Dr. Benites said "I injected the largest one. thank you. I asked why won't you finish? Again Dr. Benites replied you seem to be uncomfortable. Isn't it normal to be uncomfortable when someone is sticking you under your arm with a needle? As I was leaving I asked if the medication list could be finished and I was told it was not necessary. Asked for a printout for my doctor as to what it was and what was done and was told it wasn't necessary. A $35 co-pay for the visit. Urgent care will be $60 and the emergency room visit $150. What kind of games is Dr. Benites is playing? Still in pain, not told how long to use gel. Be careful in choosing a doctor.

I arrived at 2:42 PM and was refused service. The manager at the front desk who declined to give his name gave me attitude and told me "I told you if you're over 10 late she isn't taking you, and said I don't care about your injury that has nothing to do with me". How disgusting. This was my second day coming in. The day before, I was told she was fully booked. I returned again paying for Ubers both days due to my injury assuming a little grace would be extended. Instead, I was turned away. While I calmly explained my situation and simply asked if she could accommodate me for a quick fill, Vivi repeatedly said "oh my God" as if my presence was an inconvenience. The tone alone said enough. What's unfortunate is that I've previously been patient when she ran behind, didn't call as promised, or seated other clients before me despite my appointment. I waited without complaint. Loyalty clearly wasn't mutual. I spend hundreds here for myself and my family. Respect costs nothing. I won't be returning.
