I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, as well as a 10 min scalp massage. Excellent job with the threading. And the scalp massage was awesome as well. Altogether it was $34, so it was very reasonable. read more

I've been coming here for years and they have never let me down! I get so many compliments on my eyebrows because of them! The ladies are so nice and they're amazing at what they do . I've been coming here for years now for eyebrow threading and realized I never left a review. I always went to Dipty and was very hesitant to go to anyone else (due to a bad experience elsewhere) but since she's been gone I've been going to the other lady and I believe her name may be Maya. The staff is always very friendly and they notice when the regular customers haven't been there in awhile either by being familiar with their face or by noticing the need for service lol. Even though I had hesitation in the beginning I feel better about it now. The service has always been great and I never had to worry about my eyebrows looking like the McDonald's arch or seemingly permanently surprised for three weeks. There's times when it gets really busy but I normally just come back on a different day or at a later time. I'll definitely continue to come back. read more

I called days before to find out what time they would be open and I was told 10am. I show up and no one is there. Gates closed. I called the number and left a message. No response. Time to find a new place. read more

Awful-brows are MESSED UP! I went to the one lady (manager with thick brows) she did good. Everytime since, she keeps directing new people to me while sits on her phone. The last lady she had me with made my eyebrows SO thin. I told her clean up and that one of my brows is still growing in from last year when someone messed them up. Therefore, I am not trying to match the good brow to the one that's a work in progress. She begins to cute my brows with scissors first. THATS NOT HOW YOU DO IT! Scissors are the last thing you do after the thread, I knew she was already going to mess up. Then she starts threading and I can immediately feel her to high up. It hurt more than normal which is another sign. And she went over my good brow twice and with scissors again. She was not apologetic, and insisted her work was good for what I wanted. NO!! Making someone's brow too thin should be your worst fear in this position. PAY ATTENTION, SLOW DOWN, and DONT DO TOO MUCH. You can always go back in if a customer wants thinner but not the opposite way. SO UPSET. Going to take months to fix this and will have to have undone eyebrows for MONTHS. Unfair read more

This is the best threading place! My entire family sisters mom dad come here to get our eyebrows done. They take their time and clean it up so nicely. I've lived in so many cities and nothing compares to the price and the quality of threading. I go to Dipti only. The salon is always very clean and everyone wears a mask. They are all very hygienic and meticulous. Parking is a bit tricky, there's street parking and there's parking around the houses or it's a short walk from the 6 train. For a price reference eyebrows and upper lip were around ~$14. When you have thick eyebrows like I do, you must go to someone you can trust! Definitely, recommend this place! They also do waxing and facials! read more

The ladies do an amazing eyebrow thread. My eyebrows were destroyed going somewhere else and after months I finally had enough hair grown back. They actually listen to your instructions on how you want your brows to look, they are quick and the prices for that and other services are good. read more

The lady that threads here is beyond rude. Also made my eyebrows super thin. Every time I come she doesn't say a word to me, just communicates in gestures and one word comments, however has no problem speaking with other customers with decency and respect. read more

The service was pleasant but what's even better is this is the best I ever had my eyebrows done in my life

The lady that works here by herself is so rude. Each time I've come which has been more than 5 times she has this overtly nasty attitude, mind you I'm never anything less than respectful. read more

I found this place on yelp almost 2 years ago and the first time I went, they were very accommodating and took me in last minute, going a few mins past closing time. After that, I returned regularly and began seeing Dipti for my eyebrows and brazilian waxes. She's great. She's a kindhearted and sweet lady that puts that into her work as well and really takes care of her clients. I love going here read more

This place was recommended by a co-worker and I have loved it. This is now my favorite place for my Brazilian wax! I only go to Mya!

I absolutely love this place! Let me explain to you why-working in the cosmetic industry for the past 15 years you look for things and people after you've service clients for years you want the same service you give to others to be given to you Mya is 100% on top of her game she is polite she gives a personable service every time I go and get my lashes done,She takes her time her tools that she uses are sanitized because I'm always watching for hygiene After she's completed she Always explains to me about taking care of the lashes AND reminds me NOT to pull them off have them removed Which I will admit I don't always listen but when you pull of the lashes you remove hair that takes honestly as long as 90 Days- read more

It was one of the most painless experience I have had at a salon. I usually go to a different salon to get my eyebrows done however my wife brought me here to get her legs waxed and I decided to get my eyebrows done. I have to admit I was a little scared at first but the lady kept me engaged in a conversation and I didn't even notice that my eyebrows were done. Thank you Dipti for the wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this place. Try at least once. You will not be disappointed. read more

Wish i never walked in that place. When i ask them to tell me the difference in the facials, they both just say "different product" and CANT explain. So i try to do my lashes, as im there a woman comes in complaining that her eyebrow tint faded in less than a week. RED FLAG. The woman starts my lashes, it looked like way too much glue, unnatural. I ask her to take it off, she gets chemicals in my eyes. theres still glue on my lashes right now. Good luck read more

Come here every 3-4 weeks to do my eyebrows, I first started off with Dipti and now I'm with Maya. Both wonderful, friendly, and skilled woman that knows how to thread eyebrows. There was a moment in June when I went to a new skinny lady where she butchered my brows by making it SUPER thin at the edge. It grew back weird so I went back to Maya twice and she apologized for the woman's mistake. She fixed it and now it looks better. Still trying to grow it out but Maya is great. read more

I'm new to the area and needed desperately to have my eyebrows tamed. Like any woman, I'm very particular about letting someone touch my brows. My brows are thinning from years of waxing and sometimes, I go to salons who are afraid to arch my bad-boys. They'll do what they want and tell me continue to come back as if it's a treatment. But nope, not at Diya. I found this salon via Yelp. It's about a 10 minute drive from my house. Parking was by luck. I walked in and immediately Maya worked on me. I explained to her I just wanted to clean up the new growth and keep my arch. She understood and within minutes, she went to work and finished. I like the end result a lot. There were a couple hairs she missed, but nothing major. The shop is clean and spacious. They also offer incentives for return customers. Service was great, Maya was friendly and told me a little about the business as I paid. I definitely plan to return. I would also recommend to others. read more

This is thee best service I have ever gotten!!! I went in for eye brow threading and trusted them so much now I get a full Brazilian wax as well as eye brow tints. Love love love this salon and Dipti! I can finally end my painful search for an aesthetician who does my eyebrows perfectly and my Brazilian waxes flawlessly and painlessly. Today I tried the facial which was so relaxing and left my skin smoother than ever. She extracted the blackheads and gross white gunk from my pores and used several different natural and delicious smelling products to massage my face and chest. I'm moving to westchester county soon but I will definitely continue to come here. Truly a gem in the Bronx!! read more

This place is the definitely the best waxing and eyebrow threading/tinting in the Bronx. Dipti is simply the best. I have been getting brazilian waxes and eyebrows with her for years now. She is gentle, very quick and thorough. I had brazilian waxes at other places before but they were just soooo painful. After having my brazilian done by Dipti, I get them done all the time. This place is very spacious, clean and relaxed. Their prices are also very affordable. If Brazilians and eyebrow threading are your thing you must give Dipti a try. You will keep coming back to her for years just like me! read more

I've been going to Dipti for a while now and I'm so happy she moved to this salon! It's new and very clean, I have yet to get a Brazilian but from these reviews I think I am going to. They are always professional and friendly there. Dipti has threaded my eyebrows in a way that they have become fuller, which is very hard to accomplish. This family has worked very hard to get their own place, I want everyone to experience how great they are. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE ! read more

Was very glad when they opened this place. Friendly service and they have always left my eyebrows looking good.

If I could give this salon a 0 I would for poor customer service . I was highly recommended to Dipti by a co worker and was extremely excited to try her out, but my experience turned out to be a disaster . First off the lady isn't even a licensed to perform waxing or any services that require a license ! She was so rude and didn't even warn me when she was pulling off the strip. When I got home not only did I have wax all over me but I also had hair left . I was so upset that I went to NYS License Department to look up her license her name was no where to be found so I have reported her to NYS, If you see a license on the wall you should check the numbers and write them down BECAUSE ITS NOT REAL! Yes the other reviews were right about the decor but that's about it ! WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

Dipti is more than Aaaaa-mazing! Words can not even express how good she is. Ill just say this, before Dipti I used to feel the way you ladies did, waxing was too painful and I would never go back again. But thank God I ran into Dipti who promised me she would take good care of me "don't worry " she said, fast forward to now a year later I have been going to her religiously every month and I feel no pain, my skin is clearer and smoother. Since then I have sent all my friends to her and they have all said the same thing! You will not be disappointed, trust me! Love you Dipti! read more
