Once again said I'm not having headaches she once again said she needed to see a neurologist and then my daughter started to cry because she was frustrated that she wasn't being listened to. Later, abeles had the nerve to call my daughter after she cried in the office and said that you're crying makes me uncomfortable. For a doctor to call a young patient and say you're crying makes me uncomfortable is the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. She is clearly unprofessional and heartless. Stay away even people in her office were questioning what happened in there when my daughter left the office. I've never heard what happened in there in 56 years of seeing doctors.

As I approached my 40's i knew it was time to start preventative aging treatments which included photo rejuvenation, lasers, some Botox and of course medical grade facials on a bi monthly basis. Although all these treatments all worked like a charm I of course was ready for just a little more after three years of the same treatments. After doing some internet research along with talking to friends, i discovered the miracle of the Ultherapy treatment. After seeing my friends results along with the rave reviews throughout social media and internet I knew it was something I wanted to try. The only downfall here was that everyone had always said how painful the treatment can be. Not afraid of pain, I wasn't too concerned and went ahead with my first treatment. All I can say is it was far from an easy and comfortable procedure as I had refused any numbing cream or other medications that would have made the procedure easier to endure. I overestimated my pain threshold and was NOT looking foward to treatment number two within the next few months. After voicing my concerns to Dr. Roche she immediately assured me that The next treatment will be much easier if I simply don't refuse the pain management options she provides. Skip to treatment number two which i was reluctantly looking foward to . This time I said, OK give me my options. Dr. Roche and the staff immediately knew what I needed. After some topical numbing cream, a Valium to relax me during the procedure ( and only if I had someone to pick me up after the procedure was completed ), and dental block injections which numbed the areas being treated I was ready to endure. Needless to say, I found my second Ultherapy treatment to be the most pleasant, pain free treatments I have received to date. I had an audiobook on for the next hour and was happy for her to do even the most difficult area which is neck for most people. For anyone considering this treatment but are reluctant due to the fear of pain it may cause I would HIGHLY recommend getting the procedure done with Dr. Roche. Ultherapy has amazing results and if you are able to endure it especially with minimal to no pain then go directly to the Elizabeth Roche Med Spa. I can absolutely attest to the effectiveness of all the treatments I have received as well as the exceptional professional staff and office enviornment that is maintained. Maintaining our beauty and youth is already a continuous process ... Why make it more difficult then it has to be. ;) ... Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.
