To make matters worse, her off-putting attitude made the entire experience deeply unpleasant. Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.

WRONG decision. I booked an appointment by mistake on the wrong date and a deposit was made. Two minutes after I call to cancel.. I was told that the policy says no refunds which I read BUT it said no refunds if not cancelled before 24hours and for no show. She tried to update it after I texted her but ofcourse I already took a pic of it. Instead of trying to schedule me for another day Aleska insisted to just STEAL my money. Now I have to go through my bank and the schedulicity app to report this transaction. Like I said in the beginning if I were you I would NOT support this business.

I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. You really get what you pay for - an amazing service.

A follower of mine posted results of her going to skin loft over the course of a few months and her skin looked healthy and glowy. So.. I decided to try it myself! It's not a painful process at all and I really enjoyed the end results. I went every other month and they had some late hours on Tuesdays which worked with my schedule. Never had a break out or skin issues while visiting Skin Loft. Corinne is so sweet, thorough and knowledgeable. I've had many great conversations with her during our sessions. With all of the labels she gives herself, such as master aesthetician etc, when I walked in I was not expecting someone in leggings and a sweater. I was, however, expecting a thorough cleaning of my pores when extractions were done, however that was not the case as when I got home, there were still blackheads there. My skin was at its best while I was seeing Amber every couple weeks for Face Reality peels. She really works with you to figure out what your skin needs and what products will work best for you depending on the problem. Communication with Amber was always A+, she was so responsive and great about booking appointments, rescheduling, or even getting me in at the last minute because I had such a weird schedule with my medical school classes. Price were so reasonable and she offers packages if you buy multiple treatments at a time. The shop is so cute, and the receptionist was always great. There were a couple times when I was out of town for a period of time and she actually shipped me the products I ran out of and needed really quickly. No hassle, just called and told her (or the receptionist) what I needed and where to send it. So easy and great service. The worst thing about moving away from Westchester to NYC has been losing her as an aesthetician. I haven't found a comparable replacement in Manhattan yet, and with the absolute wealth of options in the city I feel like that's saying something. If you're anywhere in the area I would highly recommend Amber. I didn't even live that close to Bedford Hills and drove about 35-40 minutes each way every time I went to an appointment. So worth it.
