Dr. Breslow came highly recommended to me by a friend. I had originally considered consulting with another surgeon as well, but after my consultation with him, I knew I didn't need to. I knew he was going to be my surgeon. One of the things I appreciated most about Dr. Breslow was that he really listened to what I wanted. I knew I wanted larger implants and told him I wanted to go as large as my frame would reasonably allow without looking ridiculous. I was a little worried I would end up with a surgeon who would try to talk me into going smaller or push their own idea of what would look best. Dr. Breslow didn't do that. He listened to me, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and somehow made it look even better than I had pictured. The size and placement are perfect for my body, the shape is beautiful, and the symmetry is incredible. He also never made me feel rushed. He took his time answering all of my questions and educating me about the procedure and what to expect. He is extremely knowledgeable, but explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in what you're doing. His staff is just as amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, but I especially have to mention Oliwia. She was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery and was always there when I had a question or concern. There were several times I emailed her during recovery and she would respond within hours, if not sooner. I never felt like I was on my own trying to figure out whether something was normal. I was really nervous about the pain and recovery before surgery, and Dr. Breslow and his staff did a great job of easing those nerves and making the whole process feel manageable. Everything from my first consultation through surgery and my post-op appointments went so much more quickly and smoothly than I expected. I'm not even four months post-op yet, so I know my results will continue to settle and change over the next year, but they already look incredible. My scars are healing beautifully, and I am SO happy that I chose to have the GalaFLEX internal bra. With larger implants, I was concerned about them dropping too much over time, and so far the mesh has held everything in place beautifully. What I didn't expect was how much of a confidence boost this surgery would give me. I knew I wanted it and I knew I would be happy to finally have breasts, but I genuinely did not realize how much better I would feel about my body afterward. Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.
