I was greeted by the owner and in no time she introduced me to the esthetician that would be doing my facial. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to hear out all my skin concerns given that I had a history with acne. The hydro facial itself was INCREDIBLE! I instantly felt like my skin was refreshed and rejuvenated and I decided right away to get a package. I had the most gorgeous glow and got compliments for days after. Definitely going back to also try the dermaplaning & micro needling at some point as well. Overall, I highlyy recommend this place if you're looking for a personalized skin & beauty experience! The laser treatment was not that affective and whether that is because of my hair type or they're scamming everyone it doesn't make a difference because everyone in that office is fake nice i see right through each of them. The woman at the front desk made a face at me, shrugged, and laughed in my face when I got upset because they took back the session they promised they would give me. However, I was told lip fillers would last from 5-6 months with 1 syringe. I kid you not they lasted about 2 weeks and then it just looked like they deflated and went back to normal. For $1300 I was expecting longer results than just 2 weeks. I would never go back here again after dropping money like that with dissatisfying results. I also contacted the office to ask if this was normal and they told me it varies on the person some ppl need more syringes than others. Well I wish I was told the honest truth the day I came in and not being told the results last 5-6 months possibly even a year. I feel like I got ripped off from this practice.

Office is easy to find, has its own parking, it is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Dr. DiPasquale is simply amazing. She is the walking testament to the quality of services provided in her office - beautiful, elegant, classy, professional and warm. She suggested going very easy on the number of Botox units, did not push for any additional services (in fact she looked at me when I asked about chemical peel and said: No, you don't really need it now), she was professional, personable and comforting. The very procedure was quick and of course not particularly pleasant (It never is! No matter who performs it), but I left the office feeling so much better than when I came. I will definitely come back. Thank you Dr. DiPasquale!

Very disappointing experience after five years as a client…read more I spent over $20,000 with this practice, yet when my son became sick and I had to miss an appointment, they kept approximately $800 even though the treatment was rescheduled. I also witnessed significant staff turnover and had serious concerns about how employees were treated, including concerns about employee pay and commissions. Overall, my experience left me feeling that money and profit were being prioritized over clients and staff. After five years of loyalty, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this practice. I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about cancellation fees, payments, employee compensation, and commission policies before giving them your business.

I've never been asked by my dermatologist (let alone any type of doctor) to give a tip so being asked at a MedSpa I thought that was very rude. The Indian woman who performed the service on my face recommended about 5 different services when I was only there for one. I obviously know what I want, so I wouldn't call for a specific service if I didn't. After my decision has already been made, she suggests more products! In addition, she told me that it's common in "black" teenagers not to wash/clean their face properly. Number one, I am not a teenager, I am in my 20's. This facility operates with what can only be described as grossly inconsistent professional…read morestandards. Despite enforcing a stringent $100 penalty for patient appointment cancellations or absences, they exhibited a remarkable disregard for reciprocal accountability when I arrived punctually for my scheduled appointment, only to be informed that "the doctor isn't here today." No prior notice was provided, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.
