I admit that I have never had my brows done by Kristina (how dare I?) my review, however, is for her professionalism, customer service, leadership and genuine ethical manner. I reached out to Kristina last year in 2020 because she was, and still is highly, highly recommended by pretty much everyone on Facebook in bergen county, NJ and beyond. She was also coincidentally referred by numerous friends in my town. When I finally spoke to Kristina I admitted that I was not one to 'get my brows' done because of my lack of hair in the area. I'm pretty bare. What I was seeking was a micro-blade specialist. Well, kuddos to Kristina!! !!! She didn't try to lure me to her (although she is a master at what she does! ) just look at her website and reviews! She didn't offer to apply grande brow to help my natural brow grow to have me as a return customer (that actually works by the way-Not knocking grande brow at all!! ) Kristina was genuinely looking for my best interest at heart. What a professional!! She suggested I go to someone that I ultimately went to. When I arrived for my microblading session they didn't even know who Kristina was!! Now that's honorable!! They didn't even know who she was! Anyhow, we are always quick to add negative reviews but this is totally valid and I am extremely grateful!! I am someone who doesn't get anything 'done' therefore I was nervous and cautious for many many years and finally opted for microblading which was HUGE for me!! Not to mention permanent and the price tag that comes along with is!! Kristina changed my LIFE!! (Not exaggerating -or maybe just a bit.) After waiting a month, the day of my appointment I call to confirm time. I was told she's no longer accepting Groupon. How unprofessional and the kicker was, she was still advertising the service on Groupon. She said I needed to call Groupon to get a refunded. That wasn't an easy task. Would not recommend. That's funny, my sister-in-law was the one that recommended you and she used Groupon. I added 2 photos on your site. One was the Groupon it self and one is the refund I received. They have since scaled back to just threading and eyebrow dying. I find them to be the greatest, most genuine, professional, and friendly people you'll ever meet! I usually use either Gina or Rosie, but am comfortable with all of them. You can schedule an appointment on line, but walk ins are welcomed. I find that if you treat people respectfully, they'll treat you the same. I highly recomme ARC Salon in Fair Lawn, New Jerse!

Second, the service was over within 2 minutes, I didn't have enough time to inspect since I was being rushed for the next customer. My eyebrows are uneven and she did not use brush and scissors to finish up like other places do. Lastly, the door shows Amex as accepted form of payment but when I gave her my Amex card, she asked if I had another form of payment.

Fifteen minutes before my massage was even finished, the reflexology therapist barged in, interrupting my masseuse, and started rubbing my feet with one hand while playing games and texting with the other. My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. I can only hope she's no longer there, because I doubt I'm the first person to complain.
