Instead of offering any professional correction, she told me not to come on any day that she is working (Wednesdays), adding that she's been in the business for 10 years and no one has ever questioned her work. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in a beauty service. Her work was careless, and her customer service was downright hostile. I would absolutely never recommend seeing Jaspreet here. That being said, I've read good things about Nisha from other reviews, and I may try her in the future. But as far as Jaspreet is concerned - rude, dismissive, and unskilled. Avoid.

Not only is her work beautiful, but she also goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable. After my 4th time getting it done, I had developed a sensitivity to the glue, out of no where and instead of just dismissing it, Jade took the time to work with me. She offered to try a different glue formula to see if it would help with my allergy. Unfortunately, the allergy remained so I'm unable to get my lashes done anymore so September was my last time. It was an expensive addiction that I'm sad to let go. It was so nice to wake up with the look of make up! It is rare to find someone who cares so much about their clients' experience, and Jade's commitment to trying to find a solution made all the difference. I also had her micro-blade my brows and I'm loving that I don't have to fill them in anymore! Her brow after care was perfection and I was afraid I couldn't get them done because I scar with keloids but we tested an area and it healed fine! One side is a little thicker than I would have liked but as they say your brows should be sisters, not twins and so I'm still having no regrets. Highly recommend her services for anyone looking for high-quality lash extensions or for brows with exceptional customer care! I also love being able to push buttons to get an appointment and not having to call. The only opportunity for improvement is that sometimes I had to wait a while outside in my car for her to take me past my appointment time because she was perfecting another customer and the pricing is higher then other places around. She has a cute little room in her home that's dedicated to her business and it's comfortable, she plays good music, is fun to chat with and it's professionally stocked and decorated. Fifteen minutes before my massage was even finished, the reflexology therapist barged in, interrupting my masseuse, and started rubbing my feet with one hand while playing games and texting with the other. My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. I can only hope she's no longer there, because I doubt I'm the first person to complain.

My services were so rushed that my nail technician who typically does an amazing above and beyond job left rough sharp edges and my gel dried thicker in some places vs others on my finger nails. It was so not like her but she was 30 min late for my appt and then had someone else after me even tho it was late in the evening so she was rushing to get me done and she didn't achieve her typical perfection. This visit was very disappointing. The woman who did my pedicure had no experience or was so done with working at the end of the day she was sanding off my toes and the skin on my toes off with the metal drill bit. This was the worst pedicure I ever had for $63. I did say that the drill needed to be slowed she didn't understand and finally when the owner walked by I explained this wasn't working because I was getting hurt. The tech changed the drill bit for a few minutes and shortly after went back to the metal one. She didn't cut the cuticles or clean out the sides which is what was my typical experience was here. I had so much anxiety that I was going to lose a toe in the process this ruined the self care aspect. I think I'll give the gel manicure another chance but I'm done with getting bloody pedicures here. I'm actual really annoyed and feel taken advantage of.
