Some strands were pulled out! My hair became one big knotted mess. Then I had to awkwardly lift my head for a solid 15 mins for her to try and use a comb. It was terrible, I truly have less hair than when I walked in. The blow dry was alright. She did not put a single product in it. I asked for curls which was an extra fee. She also did not even try to speak to me. She just spoke w the owner and other hair dressers as well. When it was time to pay I was not told there would be a credit card fee! I also asked for change for a 10 but they had no singles. Very convenient. Overall I've had a better blow out in the Rockland/Bergen area. Even at super cuts!
