I used to like this salon but my last visit made me not want to return again. The lady doing my eyebrows was rushing so much and literally pulled off some of my skin near my eye with the thread. I didn't even think that was possible. There was no apology and she still charged me full price. This cut near my eye keeps opening up and is taking a while to heal. The new year was coming up and since my friend and I were running errands (since we were going to be out of town for New Years) our first thing on the agenda was to get our eyebrows done. Emmi G. (who also happens to be a yelper as well) recommended me this place that she goes to to get her eyebrows done and she brought me along with her. At first I was kinda nervous and skeptical cause I already go to a eyebrow place in Passaic and I've been going there for the longest. Going to a new place was actually kinda scary cause I wasn't sure on how well they do their service and if I was able to trust them with my eyebrows. My friend went first and she specifically asked the woman how she wanted her eyebrows to look and after doing just one brow, the woman asked her if it looked okay and if she wanted anything to be change to it. The woman was very concerned and kept asking questions to make sure if she liked how her brows looks and she changed the look of it if she had any objections towards it which I really appreciate. I was my turn to go and the woman asked me the same questions as my friends and I told her how I exactly wanted them to look and I couldn't have been more happy with the way they turned out. Horrible customer service. First time I came here so truly loved it and the lady that was there today was disrespectful. Kept picking up her cell phone to talk on the phone and had me wait while she spoke on the phone when she had no customers. I booked Malti to do my mom's hair and makeup for a weekend because we had a wedding to go to. When I picked her up on Saturday, Malti said she would not do her hair and makeup on Sunday. I asked her the reason why and her response was this. "Your mom is too picky. She wasted my time." How rude is that to say to a customer! First of all we paid you for your services, it was not free or discounted. If I am paying you do to something, especially hair and makeup I would want it to look nice and how I like it. Malti said, she wanted to be done in 1.5 hrs but it took her 2 hours to do everything. My mom told me she would stop and make phone calls and help other customers that would come in. What she said was highly rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back for anything. read more

I'm here on vacation and desperately needed a threading. I saw a groupon and purchased it and called to make an appointment same day (Saturday). The woman told me she was booked but to come in as soon as possible and she would take me. I have never had a threading experience like I did here. The woman was phenomenal and the threading didn't hurt like it does back home. Excellent customer service and now I have beautiful brows! I have found my go to spot when I'm in town. read more

They were great when they opened the salon first but now they are charging extra for the services they offered before. Before for half arm they were going little up before I even ask but now they charged mefull arm for that without warning. They just went up for like 2 fingers and they didnt wax my hands so it wouldnt be full arm price at all. Plus the most important thing is they always talk indian between each other and clearly making fun of you. Not a good service and customer care at all. DO NOT GO THERE. I am outraged! You don't mess with a woman's eyebrows. I know that sounds vain but I went in for the second time and the heavier set woman with contacts was the one who took care of me. So stay away from her. I told her EXACTLY what I wanted and she COMPLETELY IGNORED my request to simply clean my eyebrows and not change the shape at all. When I called her out on it at the end, she blamed me for not specifying that I did NOT want her to thread my half of my eyebrows off. So not only am I extremely unsatisfied with the service, or lack there of, that they provided but then the treatment I received for actually speaking up about something I didn't like was atrocious. If I could give this place negative stars I would. read more
