Recently, they had someone new do my lashes and she didn't do a great job and I'm sure they were aware of it because they gave me a discount. When I went in for a fill, they told me they did me a favor by taking all of the old lashes off and not charging me for it. First time clients will need to fill out a consent form before your appointment. Her studio is located in a building that has a few beauty/wellness related business that each have their own suite which I thought was pretty cool. Carmen's suite was cozy (shout out to her jazz playlist) and the complementary snacks are a win. Before we began she asked about my brow waxing journey and how I prefer to have my brows shaped. She walked me through every step of the process from brow mapping (which was a first for me), trim and waxing. I typically have major breakouts/redness after waxing and she was the first person to tell me what these type of breakouts were called and how I can help prevent it for future waxes. My brows look soooo good and EVENLY shaped lol Incredible service and Carmen's personality is super warm. Can't wait to book again!

Customer service is very unprofessional. I bought a package here for $780 (for 10 massage sessions,…read moreeach goes for 1 hour). Out of all 10 sessions, I received a disposable bra and panties only 5 times, and the others were some kind of excuses, like - "oh, we didn't buy disposable things , we don't have today disposable things , oh you can be in YOUR panties today, oh let me just put some towel on you!" . What a shame! You can't give a customer a disposable item that's so cheap on Amazon. Despite the fact that the client pays you $780. You know, this is not a pleasant feeling when you are lying on a massage in YOUR panties and after that your panties in oil and gel, and you go home in these panties ,omg!!! It was uncomfortable !!! But this is only part of the problem, the most important problem - out of 10 sessions, only the first 2 was good , the rest of the sessions were some kind of problematic, is it professional? They can just change the time / masseuse and without first asking the client - "can we reschedule?or change?is it ok ?" ,But No ! they just sent me a message that they changed the time and that's it. At the beginning, I gave tips 10$, but after such disrespect, I thought - why should I tip for such a bad attitude towards the client? About the result after 10 massage sessions - I expected a little more than I received for such a price that they charge, I think that my body result is simply because I went to the gym, drank a lot of water and kept a diet for these 3 weeks !!!!! but the funny thing is that I asked my husband to write a review too (see screenshot), and they answered him that this is a problem in him and he humiliates me ))) Are you guys normal ??? YOU GUYS TOTALLY LIARS !!!! I'm in shock !!!!They are so lying!!! how it really was: I only once told the masseuse that my husband does not really believe that massage helps a person lose weight (because only one massage is not enough for weight loss) !!! and all!!! they answered him that he humiliates me ))) Lol ))) I asked my husband to remove this review and just give them 1 star! stay away from these liars!! they will try to turn everything around so it's your fault, not them!!! and one more thing: I was dissatisfied and the masseuse saw it, and I spoke about my dissatisfaction!
