They never open on time. There's a sign in their window that says when they will open, which is 10 AM I have waited for a half an hour. I'm more than one occasion for them to open. The last time this happens, I mentioned it to them, and they just shrugged their shoulders and said well sometimes our bus is late. They are back open during COVID! I felt safe in the salon as they checked my temperature before entering. I've been going here for about a year now to get my eyebrows threaded. It's pretty reasonable at $7. Pro tip: get their eyebrow gift card which ends up being $5/threading! They also have a punch card which gives you a free threading every few visits. They do not thread them to thin like most places and they take their time to perfect them. You can even make appointments with them. I purchased a Groupon ( brazilianfor this salon and was pleasantly surprised ! Unfortunately I need to update my review. I recently returned to Divine threading salon to purchase again three Brazilian waxes at the Groupon price promised me by the owner. Only this time the customer service by one of her employees was not good at all. One of the ladies working was very rude. She wouldn't sell me the Brazilian for the Groupon price and doubted me asking me to give her the card I was given at the salon and continued to sell me the Brazilian at a higher rate I was quoted. Don't ever get your eyelash extensions in that place , had to wait 1 hour and a half (having an appointment) for the lady. After applying my eyelash extensions she poked my eye and they HURT every time I shut my eyes, absolutely horrible. On the other hand, place is very clean and eyebrow lady is really nice. read more

Very unprofessional & unlicensed technician!!!!! Couple of days ago I went to this place to get waxing & threading done, Waxing technician doesn't speak english and very hard to understand.I tried to explain for eyebrow, she didn't understand what I was trying to explain and instead she said YES YES. That's all. I was little worried about my eyebrow. AS I expected it came out very uneven and one side thicker than other. I was wondering how she got a license neither she can speak nor write English. Salon has lots of chairs. I checked all around, they got no license. Can they work without license? Are they really certified to work? It is serious case. By the way, I am long time Nutley resident and this place looks pretty new and went to try- result was horrible.
